River rolls over and her hand goes right into a rock. Her eyes shoot open and she sits up quickly panting in fear as she dusted herself off. "I-I fell asleep.." He murmured rubbing her still Insomnia cursed eyes trying to shake the forboding feeling. "Outside no less.." She murmured getting up and walking towards the Inn, pushing the door open. Looking around the quiet room Blinking some she watched quietly then when she heard her name she cleared her throat loudly. "Yes?..." She said hesitating before slowly approching the couch. "You rang..."

He opened his eyes and looked at her and smiled, "Hey there...." he said in a murmur, "Come keep me company...I don't feel well enough to go home. What happened to Caradoc? Is he alright?"

"...Hmm.." She looked to the side thinking about it shaking her head slowly. "That..Person took him, Ever didn't look to happy about it either.." She murmured softly, her hand setting gently onto his forhead. "Atleast you don't seen to have a fever..But." She swallowed scanning him more."...Sorry.." She said quiter then how she was speaking before.

"Don't be sorry..." he looked at what he could see of his wingand tried touching it, "They hurt a bit. I can't believe I got smashed down by a giant dog..."he squinted his eyes as things got a bit blurry.

"What do you mean don't be sorry!" She growled out at him placing a hand over his eyes in a gentle fashion. "That's what that glowing thing was? I couldn't see." She said to him kneeling by the couch eyes liflessly scanning where she felt his ribs last."Too sensitive to light, but..You are in no pain?" She murmured the question out her free hand runing over his chest listening for anything.

"I'm a bit numb, but the pain is coming back slowly. Maybe my brain was blocking it," he closed his eyes when things got dizzy, "You must've been so scared, but at least you were un harmed."

"Why would it harm me? I am nothing but a ball of dark gooze and grown body parts." Shrugging some she leant back her hands sliding away from him. "Maybe..Or maybe I just brought the pain back by touching you." She murmured leaning forward a bit to look at his face more clearly. "Of course I was scared.." She murmured putting her ear to his chest. "Your heart must of took quite the beating."

"River, the center of the Universe. You did not bring nothing. I was unconscious and my brain shut down. That is all." he stopped when he saw River putting hier head on his chest and poked it, "Everything okay in mu chest?" he smiled.

Grumbling at his she was compelled to shake her head but didn't, listening more intently to what was inside his chest then him. "..Huh?, oh, Sounds fine, your heart sounds just fine.." She mumbled clearly distracted by the natural sound it held.

"Good." he tried at least to sit up and leaned to the side of the couch and looked at her, "River, can I ask for something, please?" he tried keeping his eyes openbut blinked a lot.

"Only if you stay put!" She growled out at him the attempt to move was pathedic in her eyes, though she kept that to herself. " Stay Here, no moving Or I swear I'll break both your legs so you Can't move.." It mearly being a threat she sighed and waved for him to ask the question standing up as a result of the whole matter.
