Leaning in closer, she broke her voice into a whisper. "I was looking for a father's day present for Tomo with Rhi and Cass." she said, with a conspicious giggle. Her hands continued to toy and scratch gently at his ears, as she looked into his eyes.

"Oh, that would be really nice to do for him." Baizou murmured, finally letting his tail rest. "Got any ideas for that?" He asked, wrapping his arms around her waist.

"Some stuff, y'know.. Nothing too great yet. Cass is keeping all of her ideas hushed, though." Ellie explained nuzzling into his neck, and sighing. "I love being in your arms, Baizou.." she said softly, as she cuddled closer.

Baizou grinned, flopping his ears down, "That is funny, because I love holding you in my arms." he murmured in her ear tenderly. "Ne, Ellie... Do you remember the day we met... here?" He asked, "I was magicked not to speak at the time..."

Ellie giggled softly intoh is neck,with a nod. "I dared call you a Tomo-lookalike." she said, with another laugh. As she snuggled closer, she sighed. "I could never forget it." she added, and her hands gave his ears a rest, and dropped to holding onto his back.

"Yeah yeah. You know you still had the hots for him back then." Baizou teased, tickling her side gently before resting his chin on her shoulder. "It is funny how people's opinions can change so drastically. I did not think much of that quiet girl who drew all the time, then." He smiled warmly, "But now I am married to her. And I could not think of a single person I would rather have in my arms."

"That's fantastic... But, I've changed too, right?" she replied, jumping at his tickling, but only tickling him back, with one hand on his ribs. "I am not so quiet!" she said, as she blew a rasberry against his neck, and giggled.

Baizou squirmed under her tickling burst out laughing after the neck raspberry. "No... No you are not..." he smiled fondly and snuggled up closer, "I remember a time when I was almost afraid of speaking sentences longer than two words.

"Ah, yes..." she replied, finding herself doing it. "I mean, you even let some contractions slip now and then, even when you're not mad." Giggling, Ellie stopped teasing him, and let her hands rest on his waist as she sighed. "I'm tired."

"I noticed that one day!" Baizou exclaimed, sitting strait up, "I think a lot of you rubbed off on me when I was inside your head." he said, affectionately stroking her bangs to the side. "Wanna go to sleep? I really do not feel very much like getting up, so is here all right?"

"Here is fine" replied Ellie, as she used her foot to bring the blanket closer to them. "Ah-ha..." she said, in reply to what he'd philosophized, and, in acheivement to attaining the blanket. She spread it over them, and sighed. "Sorry if it's too hot.. but I always need a blanket.." she said, with a big yawn.

"Me? Too hot?" Baizou scoffed and cuddled up next to her, "Who are you talking to, love?" He teased, absolutely the most comfortable he had been in weeks. He yawned widely and settled down enough to fall asleep.

Asphiel opened his eyes but felt numb to move. He closed them when he started to get dizzy, "River...." he whispered, hoping she was there. He needed someone after that.
