I think it's because the US is so big, people within the US take holidays within the US... biggrin So they never go out of it smile
I mean, here, it's pretty common except in China to travel outside your country. You always hear about going to Malaysia or Thailand for a holiday or even Australia, England, France... but for the US I've always heard people go "we're going on a trip to X state!"

We Americans prefer to spend our money in a easy way. In other words, were CHEAP!! I'm willing to admit it. The only times we make an exception is on honeymoons (to impress the wife), military (since its pratically require of you to travel to different countries), and vacations (that if your either rich or have enough money to spend to make the trip).

Haha, I submit that air travel is a lot more expensive than just driving!!!
As a side note, I watched and enjoyed the Annoying Orange WAZZAAAAAAA-bi video recently. I'm so lame xd sweatdrop

I AM FROM NEW ZEALAND... We have so many people from around the world here, actually.
Oh oh, anyways... Kouri, Antartica is made up of people from around the world. It has territories owned by different countries. I think, once technology is really awesome and can do anything, the UN will be built down there...
Also, I had that same problem with Sweden and Switzerland. Except or it was, was that I was calling Suedes' Swiss, and vice versa... >_<
Oh and Kouri again, I wouldn't be surprised if Utah was short for Utopia... for Mormons.

Haha, my friend is Mormon. If you don't talk to the super extremist polygamist branch off sect ones, they're actually quite normal and nice! Sure they have a weird "no hot drinks" code aka "no hot drinks of the 1700s" aka "no tea and coffee", and they're not allowed to do sports on sunday, but apart from that they're nice. My Mormon friend is the sweetest person I've ever met smile

Well, that is something that is interesting, and it would be more so if I weren't a Free Methodist Christian (denomination first, main group second, to clear it up).
By the way, anyone here know where to find a Yugioh guild that has online tournaments? I'm looking for one, but I'm having trouble knowing which one to look for.
