Just as the chaos had more or less died down, Tomo approached up the hill from town. He smelled the awful stench of blood and rushed forward, surveying the scene. "What the hell happened?" He asked, stepping closest to Asphiel who seemed the most injured.

"You what?..." She questioned the woman before the light dimmed. Still unable to see she crawled around her hand touching Asphiel's arm. "..T-Tomo? That you?" She softly said first before answering him, "I-I don't know! I come out here they where arguing it looked like And then it got really bright and now and I can't see.." She rubbed her eyes again trying to get rid of the endless amout of speckles and blank spots of light.
"..I can't see him, is he alright?" She asked her hand slowly travling fallowing skin and warm spots. Slowly and gently she ran her fingers over where his ribs should of been, they felt broken just by touch she was glad she couldn't see all that well at the moment.

Tomo began to heal Asphiel with his eyes closed, "He'll be all right." He assured River, opening his eyes and picking him up. He pushed open the door and glanced over at Ever, "You okay?"

"...I don't believe that.." She said softly looking at what she presumed to be the ground." I'll be in when I can see." She mumbled darkly crawling out of the way of anyone who would be travling.

Tomo nodded and, "Well, let me know if you change your mind. I'll bring you something to eat." He offered, holding open the door.

Ever came back inside, his eyes puffy, and head down. "Ale. Strong." he said, as he sat down at the bar, and put his head in hsi arms.

Tomo stepped inside and set Asphiel on a nearby couch before walking behind the bar. He squeezed Ever's shoulder comfortingly. He poured him an ale and walked it back over to him. "Need anything else?"

Evernodded, drinking the liquor. "A hug and popcorn." he said, his voice etiher very low, or cracking, fromt he moisture in his eyes.

Tomo's ears flopped and he hugged Ever gently, "Want me to fetch your sister?" He asked, standing back up to get some popcorn started.

"No, I prefer maple syrup with my popcorn." he said, sighing. He could only just sip at the ale, but, it would only make him more dehydrated. "M-maybe a glass of water, too." For a moment, Ever felt a little pushy, but, he felt like worrying about himself, for once.

Tomo chuckled, "You eat like a girl." He teased, grabbing some maple syrup from the fridge. He filled a glass with water and brought both of them to Ever. "We'll get Doc back, okay? Of course he's not gonna give up getting back to you, so you shouldn't give up getting to you."

Ellie tumbled down the stairs, as she hummed 'You are my Sunshine'. Her eyes were half closed in bliss. Tumbling and twirling until she found her seat on a couch, she sighed. It was so great, to be on good terms with Baizou, and now, he was able to be around, without being yanked away.

Baizou followed her downstairs like the baby duck he was and plopped down enthusiastically beside her, tail wagging. Now that he had his energy back, he always seemed so cheerful. "Evening, love!" He greeted, throwing his arms around her.

Ellie planted a kiss on him, and then snuggled into his arms. "Hiya.." she replied, as her hands snaked their way around his back, and then stealthily u pto his head. Creeply crawling up the back of his scalp, they reached his ears, and scratched them at the base. "How was your day?"

Baizou dropped his ears down and smiled blissfully, "Needed a lot more you in it." He decided, tail wagging even more in happiness. "But otherwise, it was not too bad. What about you?"
