Crystal tried to follow the noice the bes she could. IT was almost like there was fight going on around her. Slowly she tried to put an image to the sounds.

Focht was still meditating, his breathing slower than normal. The sounds around them seemed to be in more than 20 places around them. the image wouldn't work with just a duel, it was a full out battle with every sword moving among the others. The speed of these people in the image of a fight was incredible but not as fast as Focht.

Crystal oepned he eyes back up as she looked around. She wasn't sure what to make of everything going on. she didn't like the fact that animals weren't coming into the area. Careful not to wake Focht she moved a little closer to him.
"Are they ghosts?"
She asked herself as she slowly tried to focus again.

Focht didn't respond again. The sounds moved alittle closer, to the point they were moving in a sphere with the widest point around Focht, coming as close as a foot to the base of the boulder. It was getting louder and the air around them became distorted like on a hot summer day.

Crystal didn't move back but she wince in fear. She didn't want this things to hurt her as she sat there.

They didn't come any closer and seemed to have reached a stable point. Focht remained still, unaware of the noises, still meditating.

Not sure how log this wa going to take, Crystal laid down beside Focht and closed her eyes. She was still holding fast onto his hand as she lay there.

Focht was beginning to sweat, struggling to keep his meditative state. He grit his teeth and kept fighting. The sounds around the begain to waver, moving farther and closer away but in total, they were moving away. In an instant Focht opened his eye and took a deep breath. The sounds shot off in a multitude of directions, most going up and doing no damage 2 went and took out trees around them causing the trees to fall toward the clearing, one took the top off a tree, and yet 4 more slammed into the ground sending up a sprays of dirt. Focht sat there trying to catch his breath, not fully realizing Crystal was there.

As Crystal heard something hit the ground she sat up slightly. Her eyes grew wide as she looked ag the four gashed in the earth. Gently She tugged on Fochtes hand as she looked back to him.
"Are you ok?"
She asked softly as she sat up

Focht looked at 9, too tired to be surprised by her being there. He looked tired, having pushed his limit and alittle more to pull that off. Nodding slightly, he laid back on the rock, letting it cool him off. He closed his eyes, resting, and still holding her hand.
"Yeah...."

she still had ahold of his hand and laid her head back down.
"Youi shouldn't push so hard right now. You might hurt yourself."

Focht opened his eyes, looking up at the stars. His breathing begain to even out.
"If I don't push..... Others will get hurt...... If I am not ready, who will be?"
He pulled his sleeves up, revealing the 2 wrist guards.

Crystal just nodded as she curled up next to him, falling to sleep.
"Just be safe"
She muttered half asleep

Focht rolled on his side to face her and smiled. He figured he wasn't going anywhere tonight anyways.
"Sleep.... you need your rest......"
Closing his eyes, he let his exhaustion take over.

Kuro Okami She took his hand and let him help her up, she then smiled. "I made my alliance with Xol ages ago, when he was shackling women to his dungeon walls." Kuro laughed lightly. "I promise to let you come to me when your transformation is over." She let go of his hand and started to pack up what little belongings she had. She quickly finished and turned back to him. "Well, lead the way." "Irvine?" Kuro asked, wondering if he didn't hear her.
