Uakai smield at Lily.. then blinked looking a little bit hurt at Arlen's tone. She toyed with the ring a bit on her left hand
"I'm still sorry that you dont' get along with him.." she said quietly then went into the kitchen. She felt guilty that they were not truly comfortable having him around.. Lilkely nobody was.. Perhaps.. they should leave.

Lily pulled her arm away from Arlen, slightly hurt by his current manner, then followed Ukaia into the kitchen, hugging her from behind. "I really do like my nii-san you know." she told the older woman. "And Arlen...well, men are weird." she attempted to joke, hating the hurt she felt from the neko.

Arlen felt terrible about doing that to Ukaia and Lily, but it only served to put him in a fouler mood. In a huff he got off the stool and walked outside without stopping for his jacket, slamming the door on his way out. Once outside he wandered away from the Muffin, hardly feeling th cold for a while.

Uakai blinked a bit leaning into the touch of her. Ukaia flinched at the slaming of the door
"I'm fine" she said quietly
"You shoudl go make sure he's ok.. he jsut went toutside

Lily, who'd flinched at the sound as well, nodded her thanks to Ukaia. She ran out of the kitchen, then found Arlen's coat before she headed out the door, looking around for him. "Arlen?" she called loudly, squinting into the darkness. "Where'd you go?"

By then Arlen had already wandered aways off and cooled down considerably in more ways than one. "I really messed up," he muttered as he looked around for the way back to the Muffin, having some trouble seeing through the trees. Idly he wondered why his voice sounded odd to him.

Lily swore under her breath, then began to concentrate, feeling for Arlen with her magic. When she'd found a faint sense of him, she headed of in that direction, her coat in his arms. "Arlen!" she called again, this time louder. "Damnit, get back here! You'll freeze!"

Arlen could have sworn he heard Lily. "Hello!" he called out and then paniced. I can't even hear myself- his thoughts were interrupted as he collided with a tree. "Not again," he muttered falling against another tree.

Uakai got the fire going nice and hot.. then added a couple blankets to a couch sitting n ext to the fire. At least they would have something warm to come back to. .the blankets were set up so they were getting heat from the fire.
She then retreated tot he kitchen again
"Mabye we shoudl leave.. " she said quietly.. She knew tomo would be delighted if she asked for her freedome..

Hearing his voice, Lily sprinted towards it, starting to get a little worried. Seeing him, she picked up her pace, suddenly glad for the renewed surge of energy she'd gotten. "Arlen..." she noticed his paniced expression, and immedietely became even more concerned. "Arlen, come on, let's put on your coat and go home." she pleaded, wrapping an arm around his waist, holding the jacket out with her other hand.

Uakia looked out the window.. hot chocolate was all set up ready to go. ASo were some snacks. thngs for them when they got back. She sighed quietly as she looked at the ring agian and toyed with it.

"Lily," Arlen said standing up straight and taking a hold of her arm. He couldn't see or hear her anymore, but he knew it was her just the same. "The Muffin," he said, his teeth starting to chatter.
