"It is... I really like it here..." Lena said as she made her way through the door "It's nice and cozy..." she continued as she moved towards the counter. She looked over the menu for a moment before looking back to Jadyn and asking "Do you know what you want, yet...?"
((I'm so sorry that I took so long to respond, but I've just been so busy lately trying to get my act together for All State Chorus and State Festival, but those will both be over by next week and hopefully then I'll get to be on much more often))

As in, I have had strawberries in their natural fruit form, Katia said with a small giggle, taking a drink from her beverage.
I do like it here, seems very nice, Jadyn said before looking over the menu. I think I will have the berry smoothie, it sounds very delicious, he said with a faint blush before looking over the selection of muffins. And a lemon poppyseed muffin, he added.

Oh! he exclaimed, almost choking on what he had in his mouth. Constantine patted his chest and swallowed, blushing rather hard. I didn't even think of that, he went on more quietly. Now I feel so stupid.

Don't feel stupid, Katia said, giggling softly before nudging his foot with her own. It is common not to think of the most simple things, she said with a nod. Because they never come to mind.

I guess I'm less than simple minded then, huh? he laughed rather nervously, scratching the back of his neck. Constantine took another sip of his smoothie and smiled to her. You're... you're so pretty. The boy blushed profusely and quickly looked down. He couldn't believe he kept telling her that.

Lena said with a smile and a nod "Did you hear that...? A berry smoothie and a lemon poppy seed muffin for my friend, and I'll have a Chai latte and a chocolate chip scone..." She said to the girl behind the counter before pulling a wallet from her jacket pocket and handing over some cash.

Oh, don't be silly, Katia laughed softly before blushing, caught off guard by the boy's sudden compliment. Oh, why thank you... she slightly stammered.
Thank you for paying, I will have to do something nice for you in return, Jadyn said with a small smirk. Perhaps I can bake you a yummy something, he said before looking aroung the small cafe.

Not in the least! Katia assured, moving a foot against Constantine's under the table. You do not bother me at all, I am not used to hearing such compliments anymore, it has been a long time since someone has been so kind as you.

Why thank you, Katia laughed. I am only in my twenties, but it has been long since I have been complimented. I used to hear it so often, maybe that is why I feel this way, she said, her eyes glancing down to the table.

Yes it made sense, Constantine smiled with a nod. He looked around nervously, not knowing exactly what to say but not wanting to bore her. Soooo... he said as he exhaled.
