A.R.G.U.S Mykal YER MOM LAWL A.R.G.U.S Mykal That stuff rocks. I'd so wear an OMG around town if I got one. But they don't do international orders. sad
It's a shame that I don't have any great generous friends over in the United States of America that would ship one over for my birthday now...... Or do I? You guys decide.
And Pinky, I got your postcard. Nobody told me about it, so it might have been here for a week or more before I found it on my daily kitchen ransack. I just sent it off, so it shouldn't have been waiting there for long. =D
ps whenisyourbirthdayanyway?August the Tenth. 3nodding Wow, I'm on the 11th. We are like 1 day apart... and two years. sweatdrop

So many Canadians on Gaia? I don't think I have talked to so many Canadians in my life. I guess I will have to actually visit there one of these days.

It wasn't until I came to Gaia I met ANY foreigners this side of the Berlin Wall I actually liked. No brits, no Scandiwhateverans, no canadians.
Seriously. I'd met only french canadians in Manhattan, and you guys need to go on an a*****e weeding campaign up there. Every a*****e Frenchman groups in Manhattan and procedes to sit around in cafes and tell Americans how their way of life is wrong.
PS. - I just saw your from Virginia. Arlington. Is it nicer up there then down here in Richmond? And I've always wanted to know what its like to live in the same city as the Pentagon.

Well, I have moved around my whole life (navy brat) and I can say that I really like it here. Its expensive as hell but you get to meet so many different people. I swear there are more foriegners that live here than americans but if you can get along with different nationalities than thats not a problem. I love the diversity. And being this close to DC there is always really kick a** stuff going on. All the best bands and comedians come through here. And if you are into polotics (I am) than you would have loved it around voting time. I was in hog heaven.

She's an army researcher who works with monkeys and pigs to try and develop medicines for HIV/AIDS. I've been through Arlington but never stopped in.
I think I'd rather be down here in Richmond. We got the NASCAR and all the Monster Trucks and whatnot down here. And where I am F-16s or something fly over my house everyday, and helicopters and s**t. And I dont think I'm that close to any air force bases. Its a life of action and intrigue.

Theres an ordinance or whatever here. Every building with bricks that comes down must have the bricks preserved, then some low labor (Mexicans) work force are hired by the state and they scrape the cement off the bricks and you rebuild with those bricks. Preserving the history.
We had staircases all over Richmond that are preserved history. The steps are nomore then 5 or 6 inches of space to put your foot. People in the past had REALLY tiny feet.
Not to mention we get all sorts of fun Race Politics here.
