I think I can see since I'm reading this without glasses. But then again glasses never have done much to help me. xp Three different eye tests now end up having people tell me I'm blind *shrugs* apparently I'm in for a fourth down south in a couple of days though it seems.

Yah, as far as I know, Blind is that you can't see anything. Like... nothing.
My grandmother is half-blind. She sees black blotches everywhere, and has to look to everything from an angle. She can't see when she looks straight at something.

By the definition of legally-blind I'm given it means my vision's 20/200 which means something I see at twenty feet away looks like it's two-hundred feet away to a normal person.
I can't exactly tell if I'm just seeing blotches everywhere or not since this has been a gradual change. I know I don't recognize people by faces till I'm within about ten feet though. I know I do see white clouds at times obscuring my vision entirely, but those never last.
I can read a book if my nose is buried in it more or less.
I can read this text size on my screen without zoom at it's normal resolution if I lean in, though it's a 23 inch monitor about eight inches from my face.
Soo yeah, I know I can't see things well, but I don't feel right letting myself be called blind. Still the fact is I'm being told I am by legal definition. I guess a more specific term is partial blindness for my case, but still I can't exactly say what to think. I just know I'm not exactly finding I can really do much right now without getting very frustrated trying to figure out how to do it with my eyesight.
