Which is true. Army!Georgia is the one in charge right now. Ghetto!Georgia is more of a comedy relief thing. If Ghetto!Georgia comes out during a fight, you'll know because any hats he's wearing will be turned to the side, he'll be holding his gun on its side, and the phrase "shut up, fool!" or "drop a cap in yo a**" will have been said along with quite a few cuss words. His Gangsta friends would be so proud. xd I tend to think Ghetto!Georgia is more of when he's whining about something not going his way or saying that America treats him badly compared to others "because I'm Southern."

I was looking up Seychelles picture(I was bored razz ) and I came across this.  I was like "Pfft what is this? Belarus and Seychelles? This makes no sense!" dragon_fire_313 *twiddles thumbs in the corner*

Of course I know him. We've fought wars together and been neighbors a long time. When George talks ghetto he sounds weird.

Oh no no, don't worry about it. I'm sick at home and it's a beautiful day here in California and I was supposed to go to the beach and surf buuuut, I think the Fates are effin' with me again. >_<

*sulks and grumbles* =_=; He ain't cool at all. Even Florida is a cooler big brother than him.
Ouch. Low blow there... sweatdrop But I guess Florida would be a big brother since he's one of those states who is actually older than America. (I always give fanfictions the "O.o" face when they make a Florida character call him "daddy" because Florida was officially created in the 16th century and Hetalia has clearly stated America was first born/appeared in the 17th century... but I guess a lot of people only consider states born when they reach statehood. *shrugs*)
OH! I found out apparently Florida originally wanted to be friends with Baby!GA, but Spain wouldn't let him. He and Oglethorpe even wanted to sign a peace treaty, but Spain and England's bickering caused Spain to order Florida to harass Georgia instead. Kind of a sad story...
