Meanwhile Cassie leaves New York and head to Washington D.C.. The president attempted to leave in his private jet but Cassie stopped it mid-air..

*Raven teleported the team back to the shuttle before the citadel collapsed. She was woozy from the effort but made it inside the ship with Dani's help. M'gann carried in the catatonic Hartley while Guy used his ring to bring the body of Patroclus. Chris and Achilles watched the fortress collapsed.*
Come on, Achilles. Cassie needs back on Earth.
*The transport launched and Chris sat down at the communications array. SWORD base came up and an angry Brand started screaming at Powell.*
WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU AMATEURS DOING UP THERE?
We found Hartley and brought him out. Patroclus is dead...and Cassie is missing.
No, she isn't. She's currently declaring the USA as the United States of Ares.
*A monitor showed Cassie terrorizing Gotham and New York.*

**The team arrives back at the HQ, met by Nick Fury who looks grave**
"We have to act fast to stop Cassandra. Achilles, I am sorry for the loss but in times of war, there are casualt..GRRK!"
**Achilles immediately has both hands wrapped around Fury's throat and slams him back on his own desk, choking him!**
"I'll kill you! Patroclus is dead because of you!"
**Fury struggles but is nowhere near able to break the grip!**

All television stations were airing this message..

Ares then shows up on TV...

Cassie is standing next to Ares and simply nodding.

I failed you guys. Patroclus is dead...Cassie is...gone. I can't ask you to follow me any further but I'm going to Professor Prince. She's the expert and she can tell us how to stop Ares and free Cassie.

If someone could help Hartley back to the school, I would appreciate it.
*Chris turns and heads back to the school through the gate that brought them there.*

"Fool! Have you forgotten what happened to the other Superboy...Have you already forgiven them for Kon-el's death?"
Ares tosses Cassie a kryptonite sword she holds it in one hand and her magic lasso in the other...Cassie lasso Clark and sends lighting at him..
"I heard kryptonians are weak against magic... Is it true?"
Cassie electricutes him even more..
"Does this hurt?!"
She smiles holding on to a kryptonite sword in her other hand as insurance.
