Jordna jumped when Nikolai appeared as he had startled her. She was never startled. She felt herself blushing even more as she shook her head. She couldn't find her voice since she was such a terrible liar. "Uh...no...well...um..." she couldn't even finish a sentence before turning around to hide her face as the blush reddened.

Nikolai grinned and pat Jordna's head. "I can understand, he is a bit of eye candy, isn't he?" he chuckled and glanced at Damian then at Courage. "But as far as I see, you've no competition." he said and gently pushed her towards Damian.

Jordna shook her head as he pushed her towards Damian. She turned back around and made her way back to Nikolai. She looked up at him and sighed. "Why would an angel ever want a damned creature like me?" she asked quietly as she stared at the ground.

"Who knows?" Nikolai shrugged. "There's always been a strange attraction between two opposite races. Black and white, werewolf and vampire, angels and demons, honestly you must've noticed the thousands of half-breeds out there in the world, dear." he said and tilted his head.

Jordna nodded but she bit her lip. "I've noticed. It's just that...why would...no, how could anyone love a sin? We're just that basic forms of corruption and to the world, we're the worst things to ever walk among the Earth. What could he possibly see in me?" she asked before she shook her head. "It doesn't matter anyway. He barely notices me. Maybe it should just stay that way." she said as she stared at the ground, her foot scuffing against the dirt.

Jordna looked at Nikolai and she pondered it for a moment. "Well, I don't think it would be so bad if you talked to him for me." she said before she thought it over again. "On second thought, I think I better go talk to him. Can you check on Giselle for me though?" she asked, but before he could answer, she turned on her heel and made her way over to Damian. She used her long red hair to hide her face a bit as she was blushing madly now and she hoped he couldn't hear her heartbeat thumping loudly in her chest. She opened her mouth to speak, but she had no idea what to say.
Giselle was pacing back and forth in front of a tree. She had taken her blue hair out of her pigtails and it now hung loosely up to her waist. She stretched her arms above her head and was counting to herself. "15...16...22...38...87...64..." she continued on with the weird counting pattern as she tried to keep herself calm.

Nikolai giggled a little at Jordna then made his way to Giselle. "Deary, if it's relaxation you need then I'm your man." he purred, his violet sloth aura pulsating around him.
Damian was still laughing with Courage when he saw Jordna. "Hey! Did you come here for some worms, too?" he laughed.

Jordna slowly shook her head at Damian and she sort of cringed at the thought of worms. "Um, no...I actually wanted to talk to you." she said before she spotted Courage. She gave him an apologetic smile before she looked back at Damian. "Just you." she added softly.
Giselle grinned at Nikolai but her grin quickly faded as she kept pacing. "No, not relax. 12...34...90. Just forget. Forget the wings. 13...8...45...75. Forget the sin. Forget the blood! Forget the day! Forget the night!" she shouted as she shook her head. "6...6...6..." she began to repeat the number over and over with an insane smile on her face.

Nikolai's smile faded as he listened to her. He sighed and shot her with his sloth aura. Poor girl, he thought. The role of a sin is getting to her.
Damian blinked and nodded. "Uh, sure ok." he smiled and walked up to her. "What's on your mind?" he asked.

Jordna felt a lump form in her throat which only made it harder for her to talk to him. Her face stayed red as she acted quickly. She pulled Damian close to her and stood on her tiptoes to kiss him. After a long while, she pulled away and let him. "That's all I had to say." she said with a light giggle as she couldn't believe what she had done. Her mind began to make her think it was a total mistake and her smile faded as she looked back at him. "I-I think I'll j-just go." she stuttered as she turned to leave.
Giselle felt Nikolai's sloth aura wash over her but she fought against it. "Please, don't! Can't sleep. Not now. It's just too much." she said as she slowly stopped pacing, no longer having the energy. Her eyes fluttered but she forced them to stay open. She looked over at Nikolai and slowly shook her head. "I don't want the nightmares to come back. Please don't make me sleep. Not again." she said softly as she now found it hard to stand.

"Oh, that hurts Giselle, thinking that I can only make people fall asleep." Nikolai frowned, offended. "No, sweety, you're just going to stare off into space." he grinned and walked away.
Damian blinked a few times, blushing a little at the kiss. That was....unexpected. He noticed her leaving and ran up to her. "Whoa, wait up!" he called out.

Giselle tilted her head at what Nikolai said and then she watched him start to leave. "So odd but so adorable." she said softly before she finally sat down and let herself stare off into space. The first feeling of peace she's had in a while.
Jordna turned around when he called after her. She blushed even more and shook her head. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done that. I totally messed up didn't I? Oh I'm so stupid! Please forgive me and if you want, we can pretend this never happened." she babbled on as she stared at the ground.

Damian was in front of her, his arms crsossed and asmile on his face. "I'll admitt, I didn't expect that." he laughed. "But hey, it happens." he smiled and dug his hands into his pockets. "If ya want, we could start on a date, or something?" he suggested.

Jordna held her hands behind her back while her blush returned as he mentioned a date. She brushed a few strands of her hair behind her ear as she slowly nodded. "I'd like that." she said with a smile before she looked up at him with wide eyes. "B-but I've never been on a d-date before." she stuttered nervously as she realized she didn't know what to do one a date.
