@ Micarst- Nice to have you! We look forward to getting to know you!
@ Scarlet- Yeah, with five people, you will definitely have 5 motivation levels. The person with the least motivation is going to drag the rest down to their level. A business plan with scheduled goals to meet may help get everyone on the same page.
Otherwise, to save people's feelings, you could secretly branch out solo on you own using ideas you have from this project, and let the others slowly drop. Then if anyone is left bugging you about moving forward when everyone else has abandoned ship, you know where their heart is and you can bring them back in, and go forward. It sounds shady, I know, but it allows people to realize on their own that their hearts aren't in it as much as they could be.
2-3 people is really a sufficient group for a project like this, and to be honest, 3 is a crowd. I have worked making complicated campaigns with groups of people, and after 2 people, there tend to be more disagreements; after 3 people you tend to have a person or two wanting control but offering little; after 4 you have people who just want to be part of the project to say they were, but have no real motivation to contribute....
I hope things start going better for you...

sorry for my absence, yesterday was horrid. Absolutely horrid. long story short 1. we got a 'subtle" eviction notice. i.e. something happened that took ALL security away from us
2. I tested over 190 for gestational diabetes, the highest "safe" number is 140ish...... so it's not like i am just a LITTLE over. I have to schedule a 3 hours long blood test of confirm the GB..... this throws me into high risk....

Scary! **hugs** I always thought the GB test was stupid--don't eat for 12 hours and then drink warm sugary syrup and DUH your blood sugar is going to spike! At the end of my pregnancy, my doctor was ready to confine me to bed because he was afraid of preclampsis. (That's where the placenta detaches from the womb, usually caused by stress.)

Yuck. I hate tests... I've had one glucose test when I was pregnant and it was nasty! Orange flavored! Who does that! Do like vanilla or chocolate! But then again, I don't want a nasty vanilla or chocolate drink that makes me hate vanilla and chocolate... But they could have made it better.... Good thing I was finished with my morning sickness by then

roll a dice? odds you open it, evens you sell it?
and Spooky, DA got pretty tricky recently. sweatdrop it used to be so simple. ... well, not realy. xp but here's what you do.
you click on the green button that says "Submit Art", and then you can Upload Art and/or Add Text. you Title your work, Catagorize it, and type in relevant information about it in the Author's Comments section. you can also add keywords if you want.
they also give you the option to add a Creative Commons Licence. if you don't do that, then you reserve full Copyrights. but choosing a Creative Commons means that other people can freely use your submission, or that they can do so as long as it's within certain boundaries, and in both cases they wouldn't have to get complicated official paperwork that says you give them permission.
I'll tell you more as asked. ^_^

Aakosir Damn I'm bored... And there's nothing good on TV... And I don't feel like playing Black Ops just to keep getting killed by the stupid Vietnams! *grumbles* I'm bored too... I want to make some gold, but I don't feel like vending, and I can't commit to sit at the computer to play ZOMG when I don't really know when the urge to get sick will come upon me.
