@Jade: Itsuki's at the academy, if you want to train in some fire techniques you can go there and I'll have Itsuki train Natsu. But if you perfer an NPC, I think I can make one up for you. Whatever works for you.

Have a situation and I need some help! My genin is the only of his clan, and cannot teach himself the techs. Can my kage just grab a random scroll and say its from my clan? NPC?

The best way to do it would be via NPC.
If you do it from a scroll there is a +1 post learning penalty.

err, this is an odd question... I need help being more obnoxious. My 2nd rpc is supposed to be really annoying, but I personally tend to be reserved. This is of course an issue, but one I intend to tackle...

The only advice I can give is to throw your inhibitions away. Realize that its an RP, and that your RPC has no affect on you personally in anyway. The example I use is myself. I personally hate alcohol, yet when I realize that using an alcoholic RPC will in no way affect my own personal beliefs, I can RP as Dr. Lothar. (and I think I portray a pretty good drunk when I use him).

Exactly what Greg said. I'm a nice guy, and my main rpc is a laidback, extremely lazy, and generally have a good heart.
However, I had an rpc that was pure evil and wanted to take over the entire shinobi world. It was hard, because I felt bad about how much of a jerk he was to everyone else. So I went to the extreme, bullied Panther's rpc, attempted to assassinate a kage...yeah...so acting the exact opposite of you helps

err, the Chuunin "first exam" left me wondering. Since I never really found an answer anywhere to the Bunshin question. So, can bunshin transfer memories? If so which ones? I assumed this would only apply to bunshin that are not genjutsu (so Raiton bunshin, Mizu bunshin or Kage bunshin could transfer memories but Bunshin or hydra bunshin would not.)
Also, would it at all be possible to see my "Score"?

At the moment, Gregar is yelling (Over exaggeration) at me in PM about my declaration about being able to move as fast as a Jounin, at Genin. Honestly, I had completely forgotten that the rank Special Jounin existed, so my bad. My reason for being able to move so fast is because of the clan that my character is in, and the overall bonuses that are applied via her profession, and types.
[[ Taijutsu Specialist: +1 Physical, Speed Ninja: +1 Speed, Tactical Shinobi: +1 Reflexes, Bunshin Clan: +1 Physical, Speed, Reflex ]]
He said that such things never stack, but there is no rule as far I've seen that strictly states that such bonuses don't stack. The only ones I've seen concerning stacked bonuses apply to learning.
So, I ask, is it possible to have a character with +2 Ranks in anything?
(( I would like someone other than Gregar to answer this. ))

Lance Fulgurant Attention: Many Ninja Types give bonuses when learning jutsu. These bonuses never stack! The shinobi always take the greater of the two bonuses they have. For Example, if one Ninja Type gives them -2 posts for learning jutsu while another gives them -4, the total learning bonus is -4 posts, not -6. This applies for training area bonuses as well. If a shinobi usually has a -2 post bonus for learning jutsu, when they go to the training grounds in their home village, they do not add the additional -2 post bonus to their regular -2 post bonus, it remains a -2 post bonus. Here's the link. This is in the Shinobi Types thread, but it applies to everything. no benefits stack unless otherwise declared by the jutsu/type/profession. I will talk to the crew about putting this (and other hidden/unwritten rules) to the rulebook. If we allowed stuff like that to stack we could have Sannin level Academy Students running around, which is absolutely unacceptable. I think there might be some profession benefits that stack, but they aren't that big of an increase, and very rare. If it does not otherwise say so, any kind of bonus stacking is illegal. Does this make sense? Also, as a side comment. Gregar seems to come off as a d**k, but for the most part he is only trying to help. He just needs to work on his people skills. I'll edit this post with a link and quote in a minute.

Hikaro_rin I'll grab the quote and link to the rule that says this, but it is most definitely a rule. I'll edit this post with a link and quote in a minute. That is an entirely bogus reason, mainly the reason being because I've completely impossible. The only thing capable of providing any type of physical rank increase are Clans/Bloodlines, Demons, Professions, and Shinobi Types. However, you are limited to either a Clan/Bloodline or a demon. Clan at best can provide +1 to any of the physical stats which is as much as I think this guild will approve, which is the main reason why Sannin level Academy Students is impossible. Find another reason to say no. Edit: And again I say, the rules only say anything about learning bonuses, nothing else.

Looking through the guides and rules, the rule is not really listed and better than that. It has however been an enforced rule for quite some time. It will hopefully be proper listed soon.
The Sannin level AS was a bit of an exaggeration, but a Jounin or even Special Jounin level Genin is OP

Unrelinquished, if two crew members are telling you that something is wrong, please, do not try to convince us otherwise. We have these rules in place specifically to prevent characters like that from popping up.

Also, a Genin who is able to move as fast as a Special Jounin isn't that OP, unless their opponent is an idiot. It's just about as OP as a Genin being as fast as a Chuunin, except only a bit faster. Lastly, I've never seen anything pertaining to physical bonuses never stacking, so I stand by my opinion, it should be allowed.

But the answer is that only a Kage Bunshin can transfer memories back to the owner upon destruction.
