I thought Las Noches was already powerful enough. Besides, for an Arrancar to get approved (since they get Resurrecion way before a Shinigami gets Bankai), they have to be pretty damn good. You could say Las Noches is like a "Cool Kids Club cool " for guild members.

Our goal now is to become a tight organisation. If we do that. We can slaughter the Shinigami at a never before seen rate.
Prepare for the end!
Also. There are more Shinigami with Bankai than there are Espada. Seeing as only Espada level Arrancar have a resurrecion that's an equivalent to Bankai it's really not that great.

I wanted Oran Berries. The most simple berries.
BUT NO. She sends me shitty other berries which I don't want.
I hope you're not like that. I hope you're like the mother in the other games who continuously sends awesome stuff like Moonstones.
