hey dimi, i saw that katana thread you made, it was hilarious how so many people thought you were a scam. I hope it wasn't too much hassle... hahahaha.

a kage sounds fun but its also the reason for my long inactivity. i would love to be a kage but i just dont have the time for it. whatever is needed the most i can do.

Guess what I just realized Rasengan was... SPIRIT BOMB.
Yeah, it is. Because Kishimoto was inspired by Dragonball right? He must of watched the Saiyan and Namek sagas of DBZ at least!
And Sage Mode, is inspired by Goku's Spirit Bomb also, the taking of nature's energy and turning it into a weapon!
I cam to this conclusion when I was thinking "If I was to make a character with a Kaio-ken-like move, what else could he do?" And then I thought about a spirit bomb-like move, but then I realized that Fuuton: Rasengan and Sage Mode were basically just that.
If it wasn't for Hizuren Sarutobi being called "monkey" and his summoning being the monkey king... I would of thought that Naruto WAS Goku.

He's got the basic color scheme, attitude, and (vaguely) hair style though, not to mention his powers with black flame and eyes. O.o Hm...now that I think about it... what would the real Hiei have done in Sasuke's position... neutral .... Yeah, your right, probably have his eyes ripped out, reinstall some normal ones, then implant a Jagan on his forehead and dedicate his life to killing anyone with a Sharingan...or anyone who wanted a Sharingan...or anyone who used the words "Midget" "Be" "Trippin" in the same sentence. Or anyone who just happened to be around him while he was in one of those, "Someone must die" moods. Or on Wednesdays...or those days that end in Y. Or...really pretty much anyone outside his small circle of friends... Wait...now that I think about it... Yep, neutral I just figured it out. Sasuke= Hiei - Hibari And suddenly it all makes sense... ((If you don't know who Hibari is, why are you still reading this? stare Go watch Katekyo Hitman Reborn right now young Lady/Man!!))

I now give it a NAME! Seiunton (Nebula Release. Nebula are burning gas clouds, basically. And that is basically what Fire+Wind would make... I suppose.) White Fire is just one of the many techniques... Oh, btw, I decided to give Akati a seal on his stomach... this seal is make by a certain clan that was once the EXPERTS of sealing techniques... Anyways, it is a seal that has the power to fuse elements. Meaning, once they reach that point where they have learned another element and basically perfected it, the seal will then take them bother, and fuse them into a new element. And no, it is not a kekkei genkai because their children will not have those abilities. The seal not only fuses elements, it keeps that fusion SEALED inside that one person. It is similar to the seal of the Hyuuga branch family, seals up the abilities once they die... The seal uses up chakra when you use the fused element. So not only do you use chakra when using this new element, but as you are doing so, the seal is draining your chakra to maintain that ability for you... If you get me. It's not a double edged sword, IT'S A FREAKING MACE. Yah get the idea right? Unnaturally making a kekkei genkai = major weaknesses, etc... New Akati look

In other notes I'm back and I have the mother of all tans. I'm also really tired and I missed the Spain Germany match!!!!! GOD DAMN IT!!!! I literally passed out due to fatigue.
Also turning on email alerts whenever I get PMs is the best decision I ever made XD

Oh man, I wonder who will win the world cup... Netherlands vs Spain is going to be EPIC. Germany better get 3rd place.
Oh and, is there a seal form for the approvals? Or is that just the jutsu one? Because not all seals are jutsu, sometimes they are part of equipment... like on scrolls...
Yeah, the 2 thing I love the most about Naruto... Doujutsu and Sealing techniques. Hence why I LOVE wahmbulance Uzumaki Clan wahmbulance

I'm sorry, but Diego Forlan doesn't have much time left to get a world cup medal, whereas the young as pants German team has what... 12 years? XD (taking 20 year old Mueller, 21 year old Oezil as example...) So... Uruguay all the way for me!!! wahmbulance wahmbulance
Holland vs Spain will be epic indeed. If Spain win then at least Portugal will have lost to the EVENTUAL CHAMPION. (Even though that Spain-Portugal goal was offside)

Okay, I will try to think one up...
Hrm... to release a seal from a scroll, it doesn't take chakra to do so, unless you are not the one who did that seal... but to create, your chakra goes into it. Hence why you shouldn't need to use chakra to release the seal.
Hmm... complicated...
Fuuin Jutsu is sealing techniques right? I keep forgetting that one...

Looking at the jutsu template, I think it can be used for Fuuin Jutsu.
Jutsu Name: Seal of blah blah
Description of Jutsu: The seal makes you into a shoe...
Rank: A
Cp Cost: I believe all seals need the MAX chakra of the intended rank. Mainly because seals have to be STRONG, right? You wouldn't want a weak seal on something like... some dangerous spirit that can rip your spine out...
Damage: Should only need this if the seal is released AT a person (Fire/Water Sealing Method being unsealed like Sasori had on his back.) Unless the seal is ON someone, it can cause damage if it sucks up chakra, or it could be intended to slowly eat away at your body... like Orochimaru's curse seals... Unless you go stage 2, which actually stops the corroding. Hmmm...
Requirements: Depending on what the seal is used for, I would would say... medium to high ChkCtrl/Nin/Fuuin/Wis/Int.
Training: No matter the rank, above medium amount of posts of that rank. (A = 80 - 90 posts)
Special: What ever.
Owner: Seals can be pretty common place, most of them. But some can be kept secret.
Hmmm... yep, the normal jutsu form can be used.
