Ah walking is nothing to me, lol. I use to walk 30K twice daily.
This new work out though... good god haha. It's called the P90X
Apparently it's suppose to be one of the most intense work outs out there

it works out the entire body over 90 days. complies a bunch of different exercise that yo do daily for those 90 days. I just check out some before and after video on youtube of people that have used it, they go from fat slob to monster, lol

But, to be more exact... The Hellraiser series, Sublime(because its a total mind ********, The Strangers, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Friday the 13th series.... Oh... the list goes on.....
