Jed then leaves and starts working out in the new six side ring .Jed grabs a 500lbs dummy from the rake in the training room.Jed puts him on the ladder i the ring .jed climbs it and puts the dummy at the very top.Jed tries to do a cradle shock on the dummy.Jed lies on the ground after hitting it .*
