Tomo gave her a sympathetic look and kissed her forehead, "Oh, I know how you feel." He murmured, helping her over to the couch. "You know what helps me? Sitting upside down," He suggested. "I'm gonna go put on some dry clothes.

"Yeah, but I think I'll fall over." she said, poking her belly gently. She lay down on her back, and let her head rest flat, and look up at the worl. "Mm... Not so bad, now."

Tomo walked downstairs in a dry outfit and stretched, "That feels better." He murmured, walking behind the bar to get himself a glass of iced tea. "Can I get you anything while I'm up, love?" He asked.

Hearing Tomo call her by a nickname of sorts made CAss smile, and she sighed with relief. "Looks like that flash storm is letting up.." she said, as she sat up. "Some water, please." she said, as she rubbed her head.

Tomo nodded and got her a glass from the tap. He brought both glasses over and sat down beside her, handing hers. "Yeah, I feel a lot less floaty." He commented, resting his hand on her knees.

With one hand, she tilted the glass of water to her mouth, and drank for a few moments. With the other, she slipped it under Tomo's hand, and held on. He was so great... She was so.. Lucky. Maybe love didn't always happen right the first time around. It may not have been as true with Tomo, but, for Cass, she knew it was true. Her ex was nothing liek Tomo... And she was glad of it.

Tomo smiled warmly and squeezed her hand, "So, how was your day so far?" He asked, draping his tail over the side of the couch. "How's Liam? Is he a good boy?"

"Born to be a track star..." she said, referring to the fact that he kicked at her belly constantly. "And my day has been delightfully lazy. I'm very glad that it's decided to cool off, finally.." she said, as she leaned onto Tomo, and drank some more of her water, which was almost gone now, anyways.

Tomo smiled and rested his free hand on her stomach. "Cass... I couldn't be prouder that my little boy is right under my hand." He began, "Now that you're over the initial shock... What do you think?"

"I think that it is not that bad, the second time around." she said, with a smile. As if summoned upon, she could feel Liam kicking at Tomo's hand, and Cass laughed. "I think he is too cool be being touched by his daddy." she said, as almost with pride. She sighed, and nodded. "I am glad that I get to be Liam's mom.. If it's okay with you that I'm.. saying that.." she said, setting her glass on a table.

Tomo's ears twitched at the feeling of his son's foot against his palm. "I... I'm really..." He paused trying to think of the right word. He didn't want to use the words 'honored' or 'flattered'. They just didn't seem to be enough, "Well... That makes me feel really... amazing. You dunno how happy that made me to know that you would wanna be his mum."

Cass turned brightly pink, and smiled at him. "Really?" she asked, as she kissed Tomo's cheek, and her hands held onto her belly now. It wasn't as bad, since she was glad to have Liam, and knew she was definitely supported through it. And, not only by Tomo, but, by everyone she knew here. "Heh, I'm glad..."

Cass's ear tingled, and her face turned deeper pink. she turned her head, and kissed his nose, without displacing his chin from her shoulder. "I love you too, Rhi's a joy, and I am as anxious as you are about Liam..." she said softlly, using a hand to brush some of his blonde hair back.
