Not sure what you're talking about. I can see your post just fine in the suggestion thread.
Caveat is not a username. It's a word I use to mean "there's an exception to what I just said and here it is." It means "warning" or "caution."

The digest is being re-created in a new thread. The old one is still there if you want to see most of what's already been suggested and the new one is (as I understand the message) being kept tucked away until it's up-to-date and ready to be unveiled.
