Caradoc walked downstairs and stepped outside, smiling at the light drizzle falling on and around him. He stretched, arching his back and just relaxed in the rain. It felt wonderful.

"..Why do you do that? Does this surve a purpose..." Her words drifted off as she herself thought on it, "..I can take the form of a shadow for protection, is the light the same thing?" River pondered aloud to him her face twisting into a confused and questioning look.

((*covers herself from rain* I have to leave.... gonk bad timing, Tomo....))
"I absorb light to-" he looked as the sky got dark and started to rain on top of them, "You should go inside. I have to go back home. I remembered I left the laundry out all night."he kissed River's hand and let go, walking away down the path.

River waved a bit looking over to Caradoc with a puzzled expression. "..Like the Rain do you?" River questioned him looking up at the sky with a blank expression. "..Wonder why he feels he needs to obey you." She shook her head then turning her eyes back on The boy. "..Have you Seen Silent anywhere?" River asked him just after the first question " I need to talk to her.." River mumbled walking towards the door.

Caradoc looked over at River and grinned. "I love the rain. It's so refreshing and pure... Especially after a hot day." He said, then leaned against the building. "I haven't seen her. She's been a little reclusive I suppose."

"..It's nice, the rain I mean. Then again I don't like the after affects it has sometimes. " Rubbing her nose she smiled at him, " Blasted woman had me pick up a hand for her and she hasn't gotten it from me yet." Shrugging River crossed her arms leaning to the side a bit. " So, How've you been, good I hope?"

"But after it rains, there are mud puddles to play in." Caradoc countered. He shrugged, "I've been good. A certain boyfriend keeps disappearing on me, but other than that, life has been good."

"..Hmph, Well you have a point but I don't really play. I watch." Shrugging she looked at the sky again, " Oh, really? A boyfriend of yours keeps disappearing on you? He'll show up eventualy." She said to him confidently not wanting to bother him much anymore. "..Well, Glad you are alright." She nodded walking to the door and opening it. " I'll be inside if you need anything." She said waving a hand letting the door close for itself.

Caradoc nodded and watched her go in with a shrug. He stood up and decided that a walk was in order. He stretched again and started off down the path towards town.

Cass wandered down the stairs, wondering if there were any mystery berries left. Didn't really matter though, so she propped herself up on one of the stools, sighing. It'd been a long, hot, uncomfortable day. Nothing Cass could do would cool her off.. Swimming wasn't any fun, she was too miserabel to sprinkler-hop.. Not even a rootbeer float suited her fancy!

Tomo walked in through the back door completely soaking wet. He laughed, "Jeez, that storm came unexpectedly." He said, shaking off like a dog. He walked over to Cass and kissed her cheek.

Cass laughed, and hugged on to Tomo. "I feel alittle sleepy.. I hate unexpected.. showers." she said, rubbing her heavy-head. "I think.. I'm going to lay down. I'll be ready for a chat, if you'd like. Just, not over.. here.." she said, trying to keep her head balanced as she walked, and laughing. She'd heard that Tomo did this too, and she didnt' want it to seem like she was simply poking fun at him.
