Yay another eastern time zoner~ 8D
But, no. It doesn't mean that at all, actually.
Because we have so many different time zone people and people like me who normally don't post until like 6am, it's whatever time you make it.
If that makes any sense o-o
Granted, you can't walk into say the inn right now and act like it's 7am when something is already going on there. But, you can make it any time you want at places that aren't already in a specified time.
And about the house anyway, if your character has enough money you don't need to find a place to live. You can just go to residences and make a house and assume you already did all that crappy real estate stuff 8D
