Hello, Everyone.....
I did 100 push-ups todays, 10 clean and froont squats, 2 sets of of benching 135 pounds 5 times each, 10 pull ups, 8 squats with a 135 pound wieght then drank 5 bottles of water at lunch....Just thoguht I'd say hello and say what I did today cause I'm in pain right now stressed
