I concur. Reach, you're running away from a spinning back-fist.
Well, side-stepping and shuffling away. Which might be a little worse.

More like delaying the spinning back fist.
Shield comes in from Pip's right side, so he spins around Link to the left long enough to tase him.
Should he keep spinning he would of course catch Pip with the shield, but Pip will be tasing him ahead of the shield.
The running away / side-stepping thing is more of a delaying tactic while he brings his new toy into play.

Basic one for self defense, bought in any local weapons shops.
I didn't pick out a specific taser for my profile. Figured that it wouldn't be that big of a deal...
Enough to put someone down on the subway and run away from them... that sort of thing.

Probably one strong enough to make someone stiffen up like a board for a couple of seconds and disrupt their movements.
If it's one that shoots the little tase pads/darts, then probably strong enough to drop a normal person. Some people that are big enough can fight through it, though.
Saw some dude fight through a taser and beat down a cop. Big, ex-NFL player or something.

Not one with those pads / darts. Didn't want to have it crazy over powered, shooting somebody with a taser from 9 feet away.
More of an up close and personal sort of deal.
