Well, it can happen. I mean, Ryu did it Shamo, just threw his forehead into the guy's right straight. The guy broke a few bones in his hand, which made the headbutt all the more impressive, 'cause they were wearing boxing gloves.
Although, unlike Mr. Naut, Ryu got ******** -rocked-; brain shakes 'n all.

Yes, your head is a lot sturdier than most people give it credit for.
No, you cannot hit things with it and not suffer adverse effects.

Buwahaha. I have a hard Ashworth head. Luckily I'm hard headed or I'd be dead... I've been dropped on it enough times. Several concussions, including one severe which landed me in the hospital for three days with 10 hours my life I don't remember--- I also have a small dent at the front left of my skull, just below the hair line, that you can feel if you run your finger along it =o

It's natures way of balancing me out. They made me an uber clutz and was like, 'Ho'sheet, make her resilliant before she gets herself killed!' LoL
Horses, walls, door frames of cars... what else has tried to do my head in? A porcelain sink when I passed out once-- THAT was brutal -_-; One of my classmates cracked me over the head with a Quarter Staff during stage combat--- uhhhhh LoL
