I'd actually rather just turn to the guy, and proceed in this fashion:
"Didn't your mother ever teach you to respect girls?" ~Hand shoots out from her side, and encases his scrotum.~ "Now, apoligize, or I rip them off." ~Proceeds to grip the man's genetalia uncomftorably. Possibly even twist them around.~
