I actually don't really like this idea. I don't see why they just couldn't use a new pokèmon on its own as a new character. confused
I guess we'll see how it works once the game comes out.
((This gets me wondering, will the final smash be different for each pokèmon? Or is it the same one no matter which one you're playing?))

Well, I can't say much about the Kid Icarus updates that hasn't already been said xd Sounds great!!!
The badge sounds like a funny idea. Does it reflect thrown items as well? surprised
And as for the Pokemon updates... xd
Well, i guess it could work. I just thought it was funny whee

This update looks a bit weird. Especally since I'm not to fond of Pokemon.
Sure, it's a character update. Woop-peh. But I find it a tad disapointing.
Not because it would be hard to use, I immagine Nintendo can make that very natural. Just because it's weird.
And don't any of you dare rag on me for voicing my oppinion. I wouldn't do it to you!

-Eh. I'm not so fond of the new update. They could of gone deeper with this, and had the player choose thier Pokemon. Out of an assortment of 10? Even 5.

Skine99 These aren't predictions b/c I don't know if they'll happen. I just hope they will happen. -Pikmin as a trophy. -Those Mario Toys from Mario Vs. Donky Kong as a Trophy -Ash as a trophy. He doesn't do anything except throw THREE pokeballs that work for you.-Twilight Realm Stage -Wario Ware Sage but don'tt know how that would work -Bowser Jr. as character -Fake items. Kind of like fake boxes in Double Dash. Ex- It LOOKS like a pokeball but then explodes when you pick it up. I have others but cant think of them right now. I sort of called it it xd sweatdrop

GHSGSDJGNSDLGN this is SO awesome.
WOW. I totally wasn't expecting a Pokemon trainer at all. I mean yeah, I've thought of like Ash or something being in an SSB once, but I couldn't imagine how he'd ever fight. It does sound complicated, but it sounds like that made it work. I'll trust them because they're geniuses! I think it's going to be really cool. Ha, imagine playing as Pikachu and pwning the trainer and his three pokemon...that'd be fun.

Anyway, I like updates like this that I don't expect, even though I'm not a huge Pokemon fan.

1. In Smashville he'll stand in the background next to Animal Crossing characters rofl
2. What do you think he does in rumble falls which moves up continuously.. Will he jump in the background?
3. Where the heck does he stand on the Bridge of Eldin? xd

I still wanna see him in an item update so I can see how uses them. Also another thing I like about this guy is, Charizard is my fave of the Charmander chain, Ivysaur is my fave if the Bulbasaur chain, and Squirtle is my fave of his chain. (I just wish he could where a pair of Squirtle Squad sunglasses from the show. )

You have some points... although I'm sure Nintendo will just go with common sense and make it to where Red will always climb or run around to stay on the screen.
