"I would have thought it was obvious." He said, laughing slightly. "It is my job. I watch over and protect them." He pointed to the window, and a little firefly sparked to life, bumping against the glass.

Rose got up, and opened the window ever so much, so fireflys could get in.
"I'm watching you."
She went back to her drawing, humming slightly.

The fireflies swarmed around Yaru, and he had to shake some of them off. He whispered to them a moment, then somehow communicated with them from his antenna, them glowing in responce. "...You all are very foolsih if you think that." He finally said aloud, shaking his head. "You are to only help, never harm."
