"I've got to go check into the Crimson Hawk Hotel for the Tournament."
Kichiro said lightly, shrugging his shoulders. It would be a common thing for people who were either participating, or going to be watching the enourmous event.
"Though honestly... I've no clue how to get there, I'm sort of new to the place myself. The map I've got built in my head is only a limited one."
At least Kichiro was honest.
Unlike most men who figured they knew were they were going 100% of the time.
"I bet if we follow the media though, we ought to find the place. That is, if you really want a Kichi' tour."
Kichiro had traveled far and wide, and wasn't use to tourists asking for a tour. He thought he'd be polite and tell her where he was going, and offer her to come along, but doubted that she actually would.
Unless she had come to town to watch the Heaven or Hell as well. Uh-Oh.
He sure hoped she wasn't a fan.

Her eyes widened with understanding as a smile appeared on her face.
"Are you here for the tournament? That's why I'm here! Well, not as a participant, but to watch! I've heard about it for so long, and this is my first time coming here!"
She squeaked in happiness, now latching onto his arm before he told her that he had no clue where he was going. In a blink of an eye, she was tugging him forward, a march in her steps.
"Then we find out! Forward, my good sir!"
With a playful grin, they were on their way through the town.

Damn.
Kichiro had just found himself a fangirl.
"Right..."
A big sweat drop could be seen going down the side of his face, and Kichiro was forced to march into the busy streets of Latent. There was no telling what they would find. He shifted akwardly with the sheath of a wakazashi between them, trying to make it more comfortable and not be rude all at the same time.
"How'd you hear about the tournament?"
Kichiro asked as they plodded along past families, carts, and such. He had a feeling they were headed straight into the marketplace. A marketplace with someone who was new to the area.
OH MAYN.

"Ummm..."
Mysti stopped for a moment, her tight grip on Kichi's arm causing him to stop rather forcefully as well.
"...I dunno."
Shrugging her shoulders, she began moving again, her grip on him loosening as she found it was easier for her to walk now that she was on solid ground. With her azure orbs peering through the crowds, she lifted a hand and held it over her eyes for a moment before continuing to move forward. As people were bustling around her, her voice could be heard over all of them.
"Excuse me, pardon me... Hey watch where you're go- Ow, that was my foot!"
Finally, when she seemed to get to a clear area for a bit, she turned her head to see if Kichi was following her or not.

"Oof."
Kichiro watched the girl he'd so recently met, after an abrupt ambushing. He was then promptly bombarded with a crowd. Normally this wasn't a problem for the shinobi, who liked to blend in and dissapear.
However.
"Mysti--?!"
Kichiro had lost track of her in all the hustle and bustle, getting bumped around to the outside of the crowd at the edge of the street. He stood under a shop awning and looked around.
"Well... eh... this is different."

Noticing that she had seemingly lost Kichi, she pursed her lips in thought before an idea struck her.
Turning over to where there was a cart in the marketplace, she glanced inside to see nothing breakable. Good. She wouldn't have to worry about knocking anything down and breaking it.
Before the merchant could say anything, she was scurrying up onto the awning of the cart, holding onto the wooden pole that held it up with her left hand while her feet were clasping onto it near the bottom. Her right hand was over her eyes as she began to search the crowd.
"Kichi, where are you?!"
Her voice carried over the entire crowd, causing some people to look over at the woman. With the grace of a feline, she skittered up the rest of the way, somehow managing to stand at the very top of the pole on her toes without tipping over.

Kichiro was going to pick out one voice above all the others in the busy streets. They were selling Vahn gear, HoH gear, and Team Glacier gear all over the damn place. He sighed and stretched his neck out to search.
"Ugh.. well..."
Kichiro then spotted her, and she was all the way across a crowd of people.
Wonderful."Ow! Stop that..."
"Hey... you, get down--"
"Upf.. why I outta--!" Kichiro had leaped up on top of one man's shoulders with his boots, and then began hopping from head to head towards Mysti. It was a bit of a dangerous game, but he was a fighter.
He lived for danger.

Seeing Kichi suddenly leap up and start making his way towards her on the tops of people's heads, she let out a small giggle, clapping her hands enthusiastically as she bounced on the tip of her toes.
"Way to go, way to go!"
Cheering him on as he got closer, she bent herself down at the waist, her rear sticking out behind her as she amazingly maintained her balance on the pole. With her hands on her hips, she flashed a bright smile at him as he made his way closer.
"Come on Kichi, you can do it! God, I didn't know you were that talented!"
Grinning happily at his form as he seemed to aggravate more and more people, she glanced down to see the merchant waving at her wildly with a small stick, ordering her to get down. And so...
She merely pulled down her eyelid and stuck her tongue out at him.

"I'll be there in a--"
Rather proud of himself and his agility, Kichiro would be almost across to Mysti. However, one last moment leap would carry his face right into the ground. Someone had gotten wise to what he was doing and got in the way.
The result.
Soulmark on his face as another person stepped on him and kept going.
Maybe he deserved that.
Kichiro pushed himself off the ground again and dusted himself off. He was then weaving in and out of people for the last part of the stretch towards her. Mayn.
What this guy would do to be polite, was sometimes downright rude.

Mysti let out a laugh as she saw Kichi fall over onto the ground and someone step on him. Clapping her hands again, she glanced down at the merchant who was still cursing at her. With a sigh, she waved her hand at him dismissively.
"Alright, alright, chill out!"
And with that, she flipped forward off the pole, spinning once in the air before landing on her feet behind him...
...Just as Kichi made it in front of her.
With a bright smile, she pointed over to the left.
"Should we go that way next, Kichi?"
Yeah, Mysti was a fun girl, alright.

"What... where did you--"
Kichiro would be cut short by the girl that had landed behind her, now directing them to go somewhere else. He looked behind where he had come, and there seemed to be some finger pointing and cursing under breath. One really big guy seemed extremely angry.
"Let's go!"
Kichiro grabbed her wrist without much warning, and off they were running.
Run Kichi'.
Run.

"Where are we go- EEP!"
Before she could finish her sentence, she felt his hand around her wrist and taking off. She nearly stumbled at first in surprise, but after a moment she had caught herself and was running with him.
Pumping her slender legs so that she could keep up with him, she was huffing as she tried to berate him.
"You know, -cough- at least I had the -pant- sense not to -gasp- jump on anyone!"
Gasping for the air that she wasn't receiving, she kept her pace with him although she was finding it steadily difficult. Glancing back, she could see a few people shouting at them and squeaked loudly.
"Kiiiiichi, they're coming!"

"Right... hang on...."
Kichiro would give a tug onto her wrist, while side-stepping in front of her. The result would her be flying up into his back, with him wrapping her arm around his shoulder. He tucked his chin just to make sure she wouldn't choke him on accident.
Kichiro's poor straw hat was a mess.
"Wrap your legs and hold on!"
The shinobi eyed two men with large cutless swords behind him, and he muttered. It wouldn't be long before the Chimagin was off like the wind, the crowd parting like the red sea as he charged through.
Run Kichiro.
Run.

She let out a yell as she was suddenly pulled forward, falling onto his back for the second time that day. However, this time was for a much more recreational purpose.
Wrapping her legs around his waist and her arms around his neck, she buried her face in between his shoulder blades as he took off running. It was obvious he was the fastest of the two, and as he weaved between people, she spared a glance behind them to see the men slowing down just a bit.
"Kichi, we might be losing them!"
Her voice rang out against him, not a piercing wail but enough so that he could hear her. Holding herself closer to his body, she looked to her side to see everything as a bit of a blur to her.
But then again, that might be the seasickness coming back.

>_>
<_<
"Hmm..."
Kichiro's eyes passed back and forth as he ran, looking for some sign of where they were supposed to be headed. Then he saw a news van, and it was pointed in one direction.
"HOLD ON TIIIGHT!"
Kichiro's knees bent, and then unloaded like springs. All of that momentum carried him forward, and she was like a feather on his back. It'd look like a hulk as he passed through the air with her on his back.
"Ugh..."
THUD!
Kichiro would stumble a bit, but soon she'd realize something. They'd just jumped onto a news van that was stopped at a redlight.
