Not if GW spits in the soup again. wink
In light of legions getting hosed and such for the current book, what would you like to see as god/legion specific forces?
Gimme' some Slaaneshi forces with rules for combat drugs.

So, let's see how they could look. Given a Marine statline with Mark of Slaanesh:
WS4 BS4 S4 T4 W1 I5 A1 Ld9 Sv3+
Ok. Now, for kit...with these drugs, these would be people so out of their mind that the drugs are there to get one last use out of them. Close combat equipment, then.
Bolt Pistols, CCWs. For standard special weapons, Flamers and Meltaguns. For special kit, Eviscerators, Power Weapons, Lightning Claws, etc. Doom Sirens available for Champs.
Now on to the fun bit: The drugs. Acting as other combat drug rules, we get the state that they roll a d6 for what effect they get.
1 - Burnout: All models take a single S3 hit as if attacked. This is to represent their systems lashing back against the combat drugs.
2 - Freaked: All models count as having Furious Charge.
3 - Blurred: All models count as having Fleet of Foot.
4 - Psyched: All models may assault 12".
5 - Frenzied: All models gain +2 attacks when charging instead of +1.
6 - Indomitable: All models count as having Feel No Pain.
All results except for number one also come with fearless.

2 or more squads tangle in single melee, then try to tell which is owner of what dice... and dice tend to roll, get missing or even being randomly picked up to roll. been there, done that.

Then mark it down on the army list. If that is still too confusing you're doing it wrong. I have no trouble keeping my two Penal Legion squads apart from one another and they get deployed together all the time. Though in my case each squad has its own marking and a specially converted model to represent whether they are doped up, axe crazy or gun porn lovers.

marking on the army list is probably the best smile though I like your "model based" method, it is WYGIWYS smile

Back on topic though, regarding the rolls list for drag queen traitors: boil the list down to three choices instead of six and beef those up a bit like the Penal Legion entries.

You could use result 1 as a general result when the fail a certain test after each turn, bump it up to S4 to represent the drugs being really nasty. How about these compositions? 1-2: Assault 12" & +1I 3-4: +2A & Fleet 5-6: FNP

Err, I hope you guys don't mind be posting in a thread that's kind of dead. sweatdrop
I'm thinking of starting a second army of Chaos undivided and I find the Daemons and Gods to be not to my liking including mutations. However, I hate the Emperor and his countless numbers of warriors who could be out-smarted by a sock. confused The whole doctrine would be "Everything dies and has an end, even the Gods". My major issue is what to do about an equivalency to a Daemon Prince, arguably the most potent unit in 40K and I had the thought of combining a Dreadnought and a Terminator, but I haven't had any feedback on that yet. If you can think of anything, I'm all ears.

I think that is a great idea! A very unique take. I have a few ideas. You could use one of the blood slaughterers of Khorne from forgeworld (expensive, I know, but I think they would be great), You could convert a big dreadnought thing from the vehicles of multiple races

You can use loyalist dread with imperial heraldry filed off and whatever bitz from alien races you fancy. For the doctrine Necrons seem to be closest. Oversized jumppack could be equivalent to wings, some nasty close combat weapon to match and you have nice demon prince.

can anyone tell if they tried to playtest DE drugs table with noise marines? this could also involve giving access to the drugs to characters with mark of S.

Hmm. I had thought of taking a Dreadnought and combining it with a Defiler, pretty much replacing the torso and grafting the main cannon onto the side of the torso, kind of like how some heavy weapons completely replace arms for the 'Nought. Then I could keep the regular weapons for the Defiler as well.
I really like your Khorne idea, that'd be awesome!
