Arrow rolls his eyes. Fox always takes things the wrong way. He jumps up and blocks the door. "Me and everyone are going out tonight, if you want to come with us. We're meeting at about seven at the karaoke bar. I'd really like you to come, seriously." Since he knows Fox won't actually believe him, he sends a thoughtwave to him, saying the same thing, because you totally can't lie mind to mind.

"...I don't know if I feel much like partying." Foxy replies. It may be true that Arrow seriously wants him to come along, but maybe it's just since Arrow enjoys being evil and teasing him. Of course, the adept can't just leave as he would like to, what with the larger man blocking the door, so he falls back on rather half-hearted glaring. Since he fails at hiding his emotion around his friends, so he's obviously not glaring as seriously as he may be trying to.

"...give me a tea biscuit and I'll consider it," The adept decides.

Arrow's mouth falls. "But.. but you made them..." He sees the determined look in Fox's eyes and knows that this is the only way that Fox will come. He sighs in defeat. "Fine..." He moves out of in front of the door and goes over to the box of tea biscuits that he's put on the counter. He hands one over to Fox, but not without great reluctance.

There's no way the nightscout would give up a freshly baked home cooked cheese tea biscuit to get someone to go somewhere just for Arrow to torment them. Fox's expression softens, and he says a sincere, "Thanks" and then leaves the ekele, without going near the tea biscuit.

Arrow is only totally confused. He looks at Fox's retreating back, and then at the tea biscuit and then back at Fox. He shrugs, and takes a bite of the biscuit. He closes the door to his ekele and goes to his room. He proceeds to get ready for the outing that night, for some reason being sure that Fox will come.

Fox goes home, makes himself some supper, eats said supper, gets dressed in some nice (aka: attractive but I really don't have a sense for what Fox's dress style would be so I can't thinkof anyting let alone describe it I might describe it later or you can make it up if you can think of something appropriate) clothes, and does his hair, putting in all sorts of little braids and feathers and such. This post sucks.

Arrow who is attractive in a rahter lazy way, pulls on a pair of tight-ish pants and a black shirt that he leaves mostly open, exposing a decent expanse of his chest. He gels his hair up, leaving a few strands straggling in his eyes. He brushes his teeth and makes himself smell all pretty. He's always been somewhat of a rebel-without-a-cause so he steers FAR away from anything remotely Tayledras looking. He checks the time, checks himself in the mirror one last time and then heads out the door, sliging a jacket over his shoulder in case the night gets a little colder.

Yeah. Fox goes to the karaokee bar at the time he's supposed to. So do wind and flower. This post sucks more than the last.

Everyone has lots of fun. Cy and Flower seem to be closer than normal and it also looks like Wind and Rayne are annoyed with each other. Arrow is kicking back the drinks, because although he doesn't drink often, when he does, he tends to get smashed. Suddenly, the Karaoke stand is empty. "Oooh! I'll go sing." everyone else protests but no one seems willing to go sing themselves and Cy is flat out refusing. "I've been told you're terrible." He says grinning. "I want to hear it for myself."

Wind is tired of singing, and not in the best of moods although he's trying to hide it. Flower is enjoying cuddling with Cy too much (besides, she'll let cy torment himself by letting a DRUNK arrow sing, cuz she's evil like that).
Fox is a rather capable singer, but he doesn't usually bother, since he doesn't much like being the centre of attention (which he obviously fails at avoiding since pretty much everyone in the vale knows him), but when faced with singing or listening to Arrow sing, it was pretty obvious which was the best way to go, "Arrow, how 'bout I go instead?" he volunteers.

Arrow looks dissapointed. "You guys are terrible. It's my birthday and you still won't let me sing!" he says.
Cy laughs and strokes Flower's hair. He kisses her temple gently and the two of them look far too cute for words.
Rayne hasn't sung at all so far this night and that's bad, because he's a bard, and he loves singing. He's mad at Wind though, and it has put him in a rather foul mood.
