Miguel accidentally let out a small chuckle, without thinking. his hand almost instantly shot to his mouth, as he mentally cursed himself out.

Echo kept herself from flinching, WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!?!??!? she was screaming in her head. She hopped Cssidy didn't hear him.

Cassidy's ears twitched slightly, but she ended up sneezing instead. She really had not heard Miguel.

Zane hd heard Miguel. He had known he was there for some time. "You weild a farm tool. I wouldnt be so sure." Zane sighed. "Think about it. I become an ally, the theif guild will follow. Over 100 more people for your army. Hunting for YOUR army."

Miguel smirked. he'd figured Echo wouldve know he was there from the getgo, and that wasnt really a problem... for him, at least. and the annoying thief guild drone... well... he really didnt care whether or not he knew he was there (though he was fairly certain he did). they had no real vendettas between each other. and besides, if they did, Miguel could easily take him on. the neko was his only worry. but she seemed completely oblivious to him, and that was good.
his smirk dissapeared at Zane's comments. normally, Miguel wouldve swooped in, killing him... or reported back to the Lady, or the Council. but, right now, it didnt really register in his mind that he should. he really didnt care at this point. that unnerved him.

Harriot was running through the trees, "WHER DID YOU HIDE YOU PATHEDICWHELP!!!! SHOWYOURSLF!!!!" She slammed some trees down in her rage as she ried to find the man that oppenly attacked her kind.

Cassidy flinched, Harriot's sudden outburst hurting her ears. "Nothing is going to convince me I didn't hear that. And by the way, it's not a farm tool." she said to Zane, rolling her eyes slightly. Cassidy looked in the direction of Harriot's voice, holding her scythe loosely.

Miguel's eyes narrowed somewhat and he stirred slightly, and not moving anything that would make noise. there was a newcomer present. one he didnt know. 'not good...' it wasnt that he was afraid of him. no, not at all. just, when you have a situation under your control, and an unknown variable comes into play... it tends not to be a good thing. he remained motionless, wanting even less now to make an entrance too soon.
