How about this?
You get a bomb in your brain, you scare the first two NPC's you meet into thinking you're a zombie until you nab your trusty badass shades, you can implant bionic reflexes in your body to fire weaponry 2x faster than the norm, you can go into The Matrix which is designed like Minesweeper, and you can summon fox-spirits that s**t on faces before throwing grenades and summoning impenetrable bullet-armor,
And then that's not including the Genesis version which has less kickass plot but better game mechanics.
