Jennifer_Walters The amount of warning labels there are so people can't sue for putting a fork in a toaster and having an allergic reation to a bit of cake. It's just getting a bit too stupid. I do actually agree with warning labels for people who have food allergies (though to those poor bastards who can't even be in the same room where peanut oil was used in cooking lest they die, I can only recommend getting used to life in your bubble, because society will not restructure itself for you). But otherwise, I say let nature do the dirty work.

Selina Kyle I'm glad my folks raised me on real food. ...not that the dollar menu doesn't rock or anything since I'm ******** poor, but... My parents where the same, junk food was treat food in our family. We'd only go out to McDonalds every two or three months. Either that or from the local take-away.

McDonalds didn't force them to eat there every night. The problem is that some people have a problem with moderation or control. I'm not saying McDonalds is terrible and it'll automatically make you fat. You can have McDonalds from time to time, but from time to time. Now if you eat there everyday, of course you'll be over weight. And you shouldn't be able to sue.

I got it when I was visiting the US. Though the bucket thing does sound just as stupid. Just like plastic bags. 'Don't let small children put their heads in the bag. Suffocation may occur.'

Selina Kyle I'm glad my folks raised me on real food. ...not that the dollar menu doesn't rock or anything since I'm ******** poor, but... My Grandma raised me on real food too, but McDonalds is a life saver when you're a single parent and just got home from work at 8. Sometimes she had to work over time to make ends meet and we'd end up eating McDonalds. But it was a back up plan, not something we got every single day.
