Lightning is Plasma. It isn't fire. It is also a massive amount of ions and electrons. And it differs depending on atmosphere and distance.

Gravity would be... same as Shadow techniques, controlled by Yin/Yang chakra... But, the Rinnegan is the only thing that can see all fields of chakra... Like, the tablet with the secrets of the Uchiha, even the Mangekyou Sharigan can't see all that's on the tablet with the story of the Ridukou Sennin... I believe that what Madara saw isn't everything that's on it... I wonder if he got Nagato to read it...
Anyways, if you want to think REAL... Water+Earth is MUD... not trees... takes more than just earth and water to make trees...
Ice Release is taking wind release, dropping the temperature and combining it with water... Meaning Air pressure, can already be controlled by wind users, without it being a kekkei genkai. You could also making hot air, with wind release alone, which if you combined with fire release, would probably be very uh... interesting...
