"You'll be left for dead if you're not careful. Things aren't always what they seem." she said hesitating as she poked her fangs out.

Kraehe looked around cautiosly for hunters. "I'm sorry if I'm scaring you...I'm-I'm a.....vampire. But I won't hurt you......" she said trying to smile.

Kraehe looked at his expression. "I understand if you don't like me like you used to....I get rejected alot because of it....Please don't tell any hunters, or else I'll be killed and I don't want to die...." she said staring at him innocently.

James crawls out of a box in an alleyway. He looks up at the night sky and then checks to see if he was alone. Feeling that he was he grabs his stuff and heads out to the streets. He has been living off money he pick pocketed from people in the night. Not knowing where he was going he walk the the sidewalks of the city aimlessly.

Lindzi seemed to relax as they continued on, looking towards the shops they passed on the way. She paused only once to laugh at the title she saw in the window.

"Interview with a vampire, Ha! What a joke." She chuckled, she knew that the street was clear for the moment and she smiled as she looked up, pointing at the window.

"I bet if the humans met us, they'd think twice about publishing such a silly little thing. Oh my god, this one time, a hunter, obviously a newbie or something, threw garlic at me!" She said excitedly,

"Oh Bjorn! You should of seen the look on his face!"

I jumped down from a building top and hit the ground with a thud. The air was thin around me and I looked around wildly. I was hearing screaming of agony and crying inside my head. I fell to the ground also screaming and my eyes went blood red and glowed. Two large black wings sprouted out of my back in a spurt of blood. My fangs grew longer and I pulled out my sword. The sword changed its form into its large form. I then ran at the voices and black shadows moving around in front of me and slashed them to bits, or so it seemed. I was loosing it. I jumped up onto a building top and tried to regain control but that wasn't working. In my agony I roared like a banshi and the windows on the building broke and glass flew everywhere. The ground was shaking and fire was spitting out from my mouth as I yelled. I got up drunkinly and looked around, a sick look in my eyes. A smile curled across my face and my eyes gleamed. It grew dark outside and steam from the sewers rolled in. I looked wildly around hearing gun shots and screaming. I then saw a group of gorrilaz shooting at a little girl. I then jumped down without hesitation and ran at the gorrilaz. I screamed as I ran and they turned around eyes big with fear. One of them yelled and tried to run away. I roard again and a giant black, clawed hand the size of a subway train erupted out of my hand that was out stretched. The hand grabbed the man and crushed him into a pool of blood. I laughed as the other three men shot at me. I kept running the bullets digging into my skin, blood flying everywhere. I then fell in a pool of blood. The two men then turned and started to run. But when they got about four feet away two hands grabbed there heads. I then sucked out their blood, life and soul. Their limp bodies fell to the ground and I back away. I then sliced the bodies into nothingness and sheated my sword. I then wiped the blood off my mouth and laughed minacly.

Lindzi looked shocked, but didn't allow it to show on her face, she simply took a step backwards away from him.

"This city belongs to no one, and everyone." She stated, but no knowing he if would understand, she restated her sentence.

"Everyone," She said, meaning individual species, "Owns a small part of the city. But nobody in paticular runs it."

Ah, anger, an emotion she could react to. Lindzi instantly stiffened at the sound of anger in his voice and frowned, taking another small step back.

"That's the way it is around here, what are you anyway?" She snapped, her tone ice cold.

"We are at a relative peace, and that's how we like it."
