I waited until Tokyo's electricity usage went down from 91% to 87%, and now I have the air conditioner on. =w= Now it's at 84%. I AM HAPPY.

TEPCO is the sole electricity provider for the Tokyo Metropolitan Area, the surrounding prefectures, and the Tohoku region that was hit by the tsunami, I believe. With all of the Fukushima nuclear disaster s**t, they've closed down the Fukushima plant, and I think some of their other nuclear plants... I don't remember. And since western Japan uses a different type of power, we can't borrow electricity from them, so we have been handed a budget for electricity usage. If we go over, the city just can't run, and that's not good. Later in the summer, they'll be fining businesses who use too much energy in a day.
Up until now, it's been a blind guess, but today I discovered that they have a website that tells you how much of the available electricity the city is using. =D It's good to keep track~
It's finally cool enough to post, but I drank a bottle of pineapple juice, and it gave me a stomachache. @____@ May have to wait until tomorrow.
