I somehow think that Rose would be insulted by that comment.
I think he's supposed to be a BL. Maybe he'll come back with his powers intact. it was supposed to be a latent mutation anywayz.

Strangely, he hasn't showed up as a Black Lantern, yet....
What type of decent devil would be killed by FIRE THAT GOES BOOM?!
Did we ever actually see a dead body, or just him right before things go boom, and then coffin?
I'd have to go re-read it, but the actual reason he lost his powers relating to his contract seemed purposely vague. So, I'm hoping he's six feet under, or going on some magical mystery tour where he will regain his powers and show up alive.
I had a heart attack in Blackest Night Wonder Woman Issue #2, though... O_O

Eddy went to hell with err... what was the guys name that could bring forth dead people? Like channel him? I think he's been missing for awhile now with no one noticing?
I like your idea Carol, lol, with how well they're keeping track of the members it seems that Eddy could be on a training leave of sorts.

(Titans seems to be taking a turn for the better with the current issue at least.
Is it just me or did they just make Rose a supersoldier? eek )

As great as it was to have a me-centric issue, they wasted so many panels! All of the team stuff after Cassie got back to the Tower could have been done in one or two panels, rather than three or four pages. Interesting take on the swine flu pandemonium though.

Yes, I have many issues.
I like the Rose storyline, although I feel like it suffers somewhat from being so drawn out time-wise. It seems like, for the back-ups, it would have been better to have each 10-page issue be an episodic story, maybe occasionally spilling over into two issues. It worked well for the Legion back-ups.

Lol, true. I enjoyed how they did the clifhanger this go around. Makes me want to snatch up the next issue like my recent exploring of B&R yesterday.
Spoiler! Yeah, it seems that most of the fighting happened in one day of Rose's Second. Well all but the current issue. What was it three seconds?
Her story is becoming more interesting as they go forward. I would love to see her either have her own issue or at least join something in a few months. Though with her searching for her mother after she's done with will seems like it's either promising one or just promising more of a second.

I thought this issue was the best of her arc so far, in no small part because I read it right after I read Green Lantern, so a good chunk of her dialogue read like Black Lantern dialogue, particularly when she talks about being the embodiment of rage, and even better when she's chasing the truck on her motorcycle, and her inner dialogue is just:
Will.
WILL.
WILL.

LOL. Did you forget herself saying she was a ball of Rage? There was so much hinting at something to come. Hmmm?
*Snickers.* I think that has more to do with the brainwashing than anything else.
