Lily sighed and nodded. "Okay, okay...just...we'll have to talk about it someday. He is my big brother Arlen...he's family. Some of the only I've got." Then she smiled and gave him a tender kiss. "But I love you more, of course. So...what did you do all day?"

Lily tossed her head haughtily, addressing Arlen in a mock-arrogant tone. "I'll have you know that I am a lady. As such, I need my beauty sleep." Then she giggled and held him tightly. "I need all the beauty sleep I can get, really."

Ukaia came downstairs dressed in the usuall sleep shirt.. her hair loose around her body annd a small grin on her face.. namely every time she looked at her left hand. She saw the small silver ring itwas.. odd to be promiced to somone annot feel burdoned about it.. or anything
