hmmmm thats a matter of Opinion and depending on which side i use during play. I use all 4 sides when I play Chaos Undivided. all in all however I think Greater Daemons are my choice of play.

We need that Legions codex, the current codex is wank and a great disservice to what the Chaos Legions are supposed to represent.

Chances are that you will only be able to field cult marines when you take a certain special character. The previous Chaos codex had some nice ideas for the representation of the "big nine" though some were a bit broken. I'm looking at you, Iron Warriors list! stare

accursed traitors chaos marines deserve better representation of the legions, though with loyalist codex as any indicator this will involve special characters

Maybe the loyalist codex is the exception, the other codex books that came after it don't seem to employ special characters to change the army type.

Lady Blodwynn Maybe the loyalist codex is the exception, the other codex books that came after it don't seem to employ special characters to change the army type. I'd venture that Chaos would play it pretty close to the same way. The warbands are iconic of their leaders, so...yeah. At the very least, I'd venture that it will go back to the setup of the old book. With a Marked Chaos Lord, similarly marked Cult Troops will be Troops with a 0-1 allowance for different Cult Troops. Or they'll overhaul it entirely. *shrug*

You mean the Night Lords right? I really like how they are described in the novel Soul Hunter, who are trying to fight off both the Imperium and the influences of Chaos.

I hate you GW, but I also love you! gonk
