Kind of along these lines, I'll be spending my fourth of july watching fireworks with a cute guy. Hopefully it will turn out well. My luck with people is well... stare . But at least if nothing else i'll have some friends to hang out with as well.

My Canada day fireworks were postponed till Monday. I get to see them with some friends and my boyfriend.

Personally, I hate the 4th of July. Damned fireworks. It's like any other day, to me. I NEED SLEEP. NOT BIG BALLS OF COLORED FLAME!

Well I am trying to get a job. I'm just not succeeding. I have my first semester of university covered but I want to try to not take out a student loan.

Oh, there's tons of jobs you can get that I bet haven't even crossed your mind that might be fun/lazy/pay slightly high.
You could work at a Dry cleaners, book store, Media store(Suncoast), video/game rental. Library's always good. Page pays high, but it isn't a summer job.
There's always fast food, and pet stores(food, salons, boarding, vets).
I'm sure if you just go through your daily routine and then ask whatever stores/places you go to if they're hiring, people will be nice about it. That's what I did. =p

I've handed out almost 50 resumes. I only got one call back at a clothes store. I would love to work at a pet store. I've applied to many. I've also applied to book stores and video/game stores. I would like to work in a library as well. I have a terrible memory and I've a vegetarian so fast food places are a last resort. I'm not looking for just a summer job. I'm looking for a job that I could keep while I go to university.
