 Erik looked up at the sky when he saw fireworks. Lucifer? he thought with a bored expression. He looked in the direction it came from and pondered going there."Happy Fourth of July!" Roy yelled out happily, waking up from a nap just in time to see the sky light up.

Jordna flinched as she heard fireworks but she quickly relaxed. She didn't even realize how tense she had been during the entire conversation until she felt herself getting sleepy.
Tally had gotten up, her head swirling as the colors of the fireworks only combined together to make a blur of color. She held her head and quickly went inside, this time knowing for sure she was going to be sick.
Hana could feel how horrible Tally felt and it exhausted her. She passed out on the ground and didn't wake up from the sound of the fireworks.
Skye looked at the sky and glared until she realized Lucifer and Shadow were no where near. This was someone new. She looked at Armageddon and arched a brow. "More people?" she asked as she could sense two new presences.

 "It's not wise to light fireworks around people on the edge." Nikolai purred as he laid down on a tree branch a few feet from the boy who set off the rocket."It's not even July!" Erik growled at Roy."Then someone shouldn't be giving me false hope." Roy huffed and turned his back to Erik.Armageddon looked over then smirked at Skye. "Let the others greet them." he said softly.

Skye grinned and nodded before she pulled him closer. "Fine with me." she said as she kissed him, this time with no intentions of pulling away.
Jordna looked over at Damian. "What happens if we don't win this one?" she asked him softly.

"Fireworks are fun dude!" replied Courage before stucking out his tongue. The rocket worked perfectly except for the small detail of a soot covered fountain. "Who are you anyways?"
Lily dusted her kimono and took another sip from her soda. If she was lucky, the stranger was probably a serial killer sent by the heavens to destroy her sibling and naturally, she didn't want to miss one detail.

"I am the Sin of Sloth embodied into a man named Nikolai." he grinned lazily and tilted his head at the boy. "And you are?"
Roy snuck up behind the girl sitting on the bench. "Howdy!" he smiled.
"You're an idiot." Erik muttered and followed Roy. As much as he hated him, someone has to look over the idiot.
Armageddon blinked and kissed her back while wrapping his arms around her waist.

"Courage, the sin of handsomeness," he chuckled before a brillant idea popped into his head. "I have another rocket. Do you want to press the button this round?" he asked holding out the remote.
Lily jumped in surprise before turning to glare at the newcomer. "Are you trying to give me a heart-attack?"

 Giselle twitched before her eye's popped open. She could smell that a firework had been shot recently and she didn't hesitate to jump back up. "Fireworks! Oh Jordna I just love fireworks! When's the last time we saw any? Probably been forever! Come on, come on, come on!" she said as she grabbed Jordna's hand and picked her up off the ground.Jordna wasn't surprised by Giselle's reaction and she just laughed happily. "I don't know if there are anymore fireworks. I think it was just the one." she said as Giselle dragged him around. She looked back at Damian. "Come with us!" she called out behind her.

"Silly boy, that would require me actually doing something." Nikolai chuckled and folded his arms behind his head. "I'm rather comfortable right now."Roy held his pinky up to his lip. "Perhaps." he grinned."Sorry about him." Erik sighed. "Roy's...Well, I don't know what he is. I'm Erik." he said even though he looked bored.Damian blinked and shrugged. Why not? He got up and started following them.

Courage snorted before wagging the remote in the air by its antennae. "Very well but don't say I never offered dude," he grinned before the antennae broke from being bent too much. The remote fell unto the ground and the button was unintentionally pressed by the grass blades.
"Joy... a bunch of killers," muttered Lily with a sigh before taking another sip of her soda. "The name is Lily and-" she was cut off as there was a loud explosion. The second rocket that the "baka" had brought was heading straight towards them.

Giselle ran up to the group and pouted when she noticed the rocket had already gone off. When she noticed it was heading for them, she just grinned and snapped her fingers. A shield appeared in front of the group as the rocket blasted against the shield. She whistled at the bright lights in front of them and then grinned at Jordna. "Talk about a big bang right?" she said with a giggle.
Jordna just rolled her eyes. "Stop trying to be a show off." she said as she shook her head. She didn't seem phased by the explosion as she knew the shield would hold up.

Courage eyes widened at the sound of the explosion. "Oh crap, Lily!" he shouted frantically before running off to where he had left her. If she died because of fire-works, he couldn't forgive himself. "Lily!"
Lily took the last sip of her soda before standing up from her seat. Hearing her name being called she soon threw the empty can at Courage's head, hitting him square in the face. "Thank you for saving us," she replied before bowing. "This could have been a very funny death."

Jordna shook her head when Lily said it might've been a funny death. "There's nothing funny about death. Not even the way it happens." she said with a sigh as she hung her head.
Giselle rolled her eyes at Jordna and she twirled one of her blue pigtails as she held her hand out to Lily. "Well you're welcome! I'm Giselle, also known as Greed. And this is my little sister Jordna who you can also call Envy!" she said with her usual cheery tone. "Now, are there any more fireworks? Please say yes!" she asked enthusiastically.
Jordna softly groaned. "I prefer being called Jordna. Being known as Envy isn't the greatest thing in the world." she said and chuckled lightly as Giselle stuck her tongue out.

Courage's eyes began to water; he could already feel a small bump forming on his nose. "Lily, I said that I was sorry!" He mustered the best "puppy look" that he could but at the question of owning more fireworks he couldn't help but shake his head. "Sorry but that was the last one."
Lily stared at Giselle's hand with a raised eyebrow. Didn't the other know how many germs were on a person's hand? "More fireworks would be unnecessary and it is getting quite late." She ignored the baka's ugly face and tucked a strand hair behind an ear.
"Though the store might still be open. It's new and nearby, to boot!" he whispered innocently before Lily directed a glare at him.

Giselle groaned when he said it was the last one and she was tired of waiting for Lily to shake her hand so she put it back to her side. "No, that's ok! I'll just have to make my own fireworks." she said with a grin as she looked at Jordna. "You provide the light and I'll give it color!" she said with a giggle of glee. She looked back at Lily for a moment. "There's no such thing as too late and besides, everyone around here could use something to help them relax a little. And you guys should really be nice to each other. You never know when you run out of time to show how much you care." she said with a shrug of her shoulders.
Jordna just sighed and shook her head. "You just want to show off." she said before she decided to help her out. She made a few balls of light dance around her. She then lifted her hand in the air and with a snap of her fingers, the balls of light shot up into the sky. She whistled out to them and watched as they exploded like fireworks.
Giselle laughed when the lights exploded and she twirled as she made balls of light. Only each one was a different color. She sent them up into the sky and watched as they combined with the explosions to make fireworks. She stood on her toes and tilted her head. "Not good enough sissy. We want them to be loud and proud!" she said with a small pout.
