Will's good at bullshiting talking her way out of things- I'm sure she could find a way to get the bartender to let Seven pay. Besides- they're there in Brazil together as a group so I don't see how it'd be much of a problem.

Well, his parents supposedly left him what they had in their will when they died.
Which is a lot. A very lot.
But he probably doesn't have full access to it until he's eighteen.
Seven, on the other hand, made a small fortune gambling on the streets of Vegas.
She always wins, you see.
And she plays for amazing amounts.
So they're both not hurting for money.
Sanity, maybe, but not money.

So really, it's;
Seven: Has enough money to support herself comfortably as long as she keeps winning her card games.
Rydel: Has enough money to support himself more than comfortably until the day he dies, and a few weeks afterward. But can't use it until he's eighteen.
And to be honest, neither of them care about it very much.
