F'n depressing, that's what. I long for the days when you used to call people Old Chum and the villains didn't go around capping heroes dads in the chest.

Back before ladies were getting killed and raped, heroes were getting raped by crazed superheroines, Barry Allen was still a good man, and women and unborn twins werent being murdered and stuff in fridges or whatnot. Dont forget the fact that Clark is a irrational wuss now, when once he was a piller of do-gooder strength. Oh, and a Supergirl wasnt killed and brought back every few years. AAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH! scream God bless Vertigo and Sin City!

There is something fundamentally wrong when, post-Crisis, things are MORE complicated and make LESS sense then they did back when there was infinite alternate earths.
