Mephlius sat down next to her. "I know what it feels like. I got lost from my birthparents when I was young. I was found, hence why I'm not dead, but it never felt the same." Should I tell her I'm a... no, not while Lycans are being hunted.

"It was... different than most people. They hated me just because of where I was from. I was... an outcast. I went through school, tried to make friends... trying to get a girlfriend... trying to pass classes. It was a lot of stress and work... and much of it made no difference whatsoever. However I pulled it off, here I am. Err... I guess you want me to be more specific? I played games with my friends... the few I had... that were usually either really simple, like tic-tac-toe or something, or else it was very, very complicated, like creating an entire imaginary world."

"Sounds...... great." She looked at him. "Do you know how lucky you are? To be able to remember. To have memories?" She looked to the sky. A smile came on her face. "I had to learn the hard way. To learn how important memories can be." She looked back at him. "Cause you see, I don't remember anything. Nothing of my past. When I was born, who I was born to. My childhood, all gone." She looked back at the ground. "You're very lucky."

"I would be thankful if I were you. I certainly have some memories I'd like to forget. Also, if you don't know your past, try to come up with one. You might have been the daughter of a rich, famous, billionaire movie star." He smiled.

"Yes, I know some memories aren't pleasant, but your past is what makes you who you are today. Would you rather remember a loved one you lost, or not remember them at all. To completely forgot their existence. If you forgot those memories, would you be sure not to make the same mistake again? Would you even be here now, talking to me?" She looked at him. She stared into his eyes. "Do you really want to forget who you are?" She looked out over the lake. "Plus, I don't think I could deal with all the fame of being the daughter of some rich and famous. There would be too many things for me to buy." She laughed a little.

He entered the Central Park. He had not been here in a long time. He had forgotten which creature had owned this territory. He however kept his senses high. He walked through the path's that were drenched in moonlight.

He stopped and listened carefully hearing the voice of what seemed to be a male. He slowly walked towards where the voice came from. He finally stopped being able to see a small group of people. He was still standing in the moonlight. They could see him if they had actually looked around.

At least what I believe my name to be. Serenity. I was taken in by some of my kind and they taught me what I know now. Everything I needed to know to survive. Than one day, a man came. He said he recognized me. Said he recognized me from New York City. So off I went. And here I am now." She leaned back on her arms. Her hair fell about her shoulders. She looked up. "I still don't know anyone. I don't even know where I am half the time. I wish, someone would remember who I am. Tell me my past. Anything. Even a birthday would be nice."
