Here's a mind-boggler. If the Empire is sooooooo great, then why can Ewoks and their damned sticks kill Stormtroopers?

Because Stormtroopers are clones of the same person, so they basically all think the same. Outsmart one and you can outsmart them all. And because Ewoks are crafty bitches. It's the same way that NAtive Americans defeated British armies: they knew their land.
The Empire is only great in numbers. It sounds cliche, but what made the Empire so great was that they had an army and masses of followers.

And I hope that you caught what that emote was directed at. Not that you're dumb, I am just hoping we're agreeing on the same things.His luggage got lost with Greyhound coming into Pittsburgh yesterday. Reaver's chilling with me this week helping me inventory about 30ish boxes of comics that I need to either keep or sell. Having a house get didn't allow me the time I would have liked to get caught up. I am trying guys!

This is a mind boggler that I hve thought on much. I am a start wars fanatic so I have done just a little study and from what Ive concluded it was cause, YOU DON'T PISS OFF THE MIDGETS. Simple they shot and killed the short peoples family in there own homes and they got pissed off and whent into a rage. Plus the armor that the stormtroopers where are not ment to block physical but laser fire and such. Maily cause you can kill usually with one shot from a blast pistol so why do you need to worry about some one launching a dagger into your throat. My finaly senopsis is because it was written that way.

Yeah, the clones were gone by the time the empire was in it's prime. And really, I hate the ewoks, they, like jar-jar, were really just stupid and unneeded. I mean I get the 'they now the land' bit, but their little bears had F*ing sticks and stone tipped arrows. Those logs they crushed a AT-ST with? Wood. The metal that made the AT-ST? Durasteel. Now durasteel makes titanium look like sheet metal, and last time a checked, it dropped a huge log on a titanium alloy tank, it didn't do much, now why would it crush durasteel? Oh I know, because all those people out there crooning over how cute the damn midget bears are and they undid the laws of structural integrity so the ewoks could score a hit instead of being totally slaughtered like they should have been. And really, just because you figured out howto trick the normal clones, doesn't mean you know how to trick all of them, their are arc-troopers, commanders, alpha troopers, all with different levels of connection to their original clone. Just because you can trick a person once, doesn't mean you can do it to him again, and again, and again. with the native americans vs the british, there was maybe a few decades of difference intechnology really, if the indians actually pressed themselves to invent those weapons, they could have. Not to mention their weapons were still effective against their enemy and they had aquired their enemies weapons. THe ewoks were mutiple millenia away from their enemy's weapons, or having the ability to actually damage them. Their part int he battle, beyond tripping up that AT-ST with the logs to make it fall and close lining those swoop bike riders, was total bullshit.

My finaly senopsis is because it was written that way. the ST armor is all purpose, to make it resist blaster fire, but shatter on physical impact would be the poorest design ever made. No, the armor defends against all forms of impact or injury, though the clone trooper armor was of higher class, as it had to be in the war period, the empire used lasser materials to make the armor. that's why the armor could take more blaster fire in the clone wars, even a direct hit to the helmet, and the user still be fine.

And like Jedi said...I lost a bag's worth of like everything I had. Shirts, toiletries, cellytelly charger, some M:tG cards.....but I think I'm getting them soon. Either tonight or tomorrow.
