Harmony gave an odd look to Kusargi as if to say and ask, perhaps this guy isn't quite exactly sane.. but is he dangerous..?

((sorry it took me so long guys...just moved in to my dorm last week and had band camp...this has been my first free day.))
Kusargi looked at Xepher and smiled.
"Give me one good reason why I should trust you Xepher." Though, where did she hear that name from?

Melody nodded and waved towards the sound of foot steps coming towards them. Her comrades sounded like they had no natural mana or powers in them, but enough courage and determination for her preference.
"Because I'm here aren't I? Plus, your not dead yet. So thats a good sign." Xepher returned a crooked half smile to Kusargi. "Relax. I won't let that King lay a finger on you or Harmony. (Or at least I'll try)" X whispered that last part, half joking. The last thing he needed was for them to not trust him.

Dai Wei took Mell's hand. "Alright, we're going to head out through tunnel 3, I want everyone to stay on guard, we can't be too careful. The rest of you keep monitoring the guards' positions and lead us through." "Rodger that." a man said before Dai Wei began leading Mell into a long, dark tunnel, his troops following behind him.

Mell took the moment to memorize the sounds that her comrades made. This would be the only thing protecting them from her wrath. While Dai Wei pulled one hand, her other hand touched her bone dagger.

((sorry I've been caught up in this new game called Perfect World, it's awesome)) The troops finally reached an opening at the end of the tunnel. Dai Wei motioned for a few of his men to go in first to make sure the coast was clear.

((Can't blame you there. I tried to download that game once but it didn't work so I gave up. It looked awesome though.))
Melody chrouched quietly near Dai Wei's boots when they stopped. She waited patiently for the soldiers to return to show that the coast was clear. But they were taking an uncomfortably long time...

In a little while they returned with two of Dai Wei's men carrying a dead guard. "All clear sir." one said. "Alright, let's move." Dai Wei said, rushing quietly in.

Melody drew her bone dagger an inch out of its sheath when she smelled blood, but there was no reason yet according to the scouts whose loyalties were still questionable. But her hope for reuniting with Debido was forcing her to trust the strangers. Maybe if everything turned out okay, she would reconsider her lack of confidence in everyone who wasn't Debido. Mell's thoughts returned to the present when she continued to follow Dai Wei without a sound.

Dai Wei noticed Melody's quick reactions. "Calm down, you're safe as long as you're with us." he said, continuing to lead her while his men guarded the two.

((Sorry, I wasn't sure if Kixna wanted to say something but I guess she hasn't been on for a while... ))
Xepher crouched closer to Harmony, smiling his crooked smile. Despite his growing fear, he still put on a calming atmosphere. "Wow. I can't believe you survived. Your all grown up too. And you look just like your mother. How old are you now? 18? 19?"
Melody slid the blade back in its sheath and drew her hand away at Dai Wei's comment. "It's not my safety that I'm worried about." It was Debido and Xepher. Mell felt that if she didn't survive, they probably wouldn't either. "When do we get to kill some Kings men?"
