These poison-tipped blade of yours, need a reason why only a 4th Squad seated member can remove the poison without fault. After all if it was a simple grade common-level poison anyone could remove it by simply sucking out the poison through it's wound.

4th Squad members are medics and the healers for the Soul Reapers. The poision can only be healed by them because it enters the blood stream. This isn't like a snake bite .... lol

I never said it was a snake bite and you didn't read all of the post. It says in the profile that the member of Squad 4 must be a seated member. I said the poison must be defined and give a reason as to why someone of seated status can do it instead of any member of Squad 4 - or even anyone outside of Squad 4. After all if it is only vaguely defined then one character with a substantial knowledge on poisons will have you beat - as they could claim it's a weak poison instead of a strong one.

Snake venom enters the bloodstream as well...
Unless the poison has some sort of supernatural quality that makes it immune to mundane methods of treatment such as antivenin or (as Shinmei said) sucking it out through the wound, or unless it's stronger than normal, there's really nothing stopping anyone claiming they can treat it.

Kind of out of the blue to be simply asking for an Espada position. But I'll just say what I said earlier. People stop asking for Espada positions - it says in the 4th Generation Arrancar page that you'll become an Espada if your active, asking won't even give you a chance - well it'll more than likely lower your chance. Besides Espada-involved activities should be held off until we can organize the entirety of the Arrancar.
Yes I'm aware I'm not crew or a leading member of the Arrancar - but I'm trying at least.

YonakaSei I've only got a Hollow character at the moment but I think I can still chime in here. 1: Las Noches (as well as some of the squads...) could use a little more organization. Just one of the things I notice is the lack of a way to track Numeros. I suggest a new post under the ranking with the numbers 1-99 with their names and status (active is blank, inactive, dead, banned, or whatever else). 2: Get a full roster of Espada. Hold some sort of contest or just take applications and get the full ten. Las Noches needs the power. 3: Work out Segunda Etapa. Bankais are multiplying like Satan-bunnies so Las Noches needs to be able to put their foot down and crush them. 4: I would gladly try for the position of Espada. My character is just a Hollow right now because I believe in starting small and earning your power. If you need Espada I could start posting like crazy to become strong enough to be worthy. Just be sure to let me know if you would like me to try, alright? I'm on every day (unless Calculus or Advanced Comp is piling up) and will gladly take roles of responsibility in any plot regardless of my number. I'd like to think I'm a fairly good roleplayer. That's all I got for the moment. Seen this and figured that there had been some kind of a change to the rules so that's why I asked....my bad. Not to worry, I'll earn it the old fashion way!

An assumption is just that Hoshi an assumption. You shouldn't believe things have changed without concrete proof as to such.
