a couple hours later Katherine was done with her work she walked back down to the main hall. She had a small meal in the main hall to have more a reason to be there more than anything else.

A strange exotic man walked up to the castle. A hood shadowed his face, as a cloak his his identity. He passed by the guards on the outside, a lowly peasant who wished to speak with the queen. That was all he was on this visit, his past thrown aside. Lord Shadow's plans were far from soundproof, and he disliked exposing himself like this, but what could one do? He waited for somebody to show up.

Katherine was still in the main hall at this time. She was at one of the tables now flipping through a box a stack of papers beside her and her quil recording whatever messages the paper was giveing her.

The strange exotic man walked up to the queen, cowl shadowing his features. He pulled it over tighter. His eyes were impossible to see. "Are you Queen Katherine." the man asked in a deep musical voice.

"That I am good sir." She spoke placeing the quil back in the inkwell and turning to see the man. "Could I help you?" She said with a friendly smile.

The man glanced around, as if searching for something that wasn't there. "No, but I may be able to help you." He replied in that musical voice of his. He took a seat and leaned in close to Katherine. "We don't mean you any harm."

"We?" She then gave a smile her purple eyes not leaveing him. "Then you are one of the men mine have been fighting?" She spoke pleasntly enough not seeming frightend or worried in the smallest of bits. It was odd since she should be worried.

"Against fighting us?" She paused a moment and sat back in her chair a little more. "Which one are you?" She spoke her purple eyes never leaveing him. "and if your aginst fighting us then why scare my men half to death?"

The man looked uncomfortable. "Yes, I am. We will never win against you. Lord Shadow doesn't see that. As for who I am, It's better if I don't tell you. You wouldn't trust me if I did tell you." The man looked at all the doors of the room, searching for something that wasn't there, but maybe there could be. "Lord shadow says this is the master's bidding. I never heard the order. That has never happened before." The man continued.

Matachi came in "I heard about the timid man who was seeming odd? You must be him." He said as he walked in over hearing their conversation

"What makes you think i trust you now?" She spoke her eyes followed were his went. "When you give me something i can believe i will start to trust you, like maybe whatever your seraching my hall for? or who your master truely is?" She said with a sweet smile. "Because i have come to believe i know."

He searched the shadows with every nervous glance he took. The hood still sheilded his eyes, but the sway of the hood was unmistakeable. "I'm searching it for unwelcome ears and eyes." He looked up in shock at the question. [color=navy]"It's bad luck to speak the master's name. Only Lord Shadow does it." he replied as quietly as he could.

Katherine looked up to Matachi with another smile when he came up then looked back to the man. "Your right its ill luck something like that a name." Katherine was silent for a moment thinking. "What do you offer us for your protection?" She spoke she after all was a merchant at heart.

Matachi watched the man his hand on his sword just incase this man was gonna try to do anything stupid. He didn't like the man hearing the stories from the other night he didn't like the man at all for the fact he was associated with the man
