That is true but.. It would benefit the rp sooo nicely. I guess some villages could do it, and let some other prosper by their own abillities.

I supported it back then and I still do now. I think we could very easily merge the villages in two or three main ones. We could have councils of people originating from various villages, like many villages represented in the big ones. This way you could keep the identity of the village while actually having some people to RP with...
I mean I like Kiri but what's the point if my character is alone in his tiny village... I think this should back on the table. There's way too much energy being wasted keeping skeleton villages alive while people who spend so much time rebuilding it from scratch could actively make fun RP for like a genin team in a more prosperous village.

@Village limiting: That was why I wanted to close Kiri... didn't feel like maintaining it and if villages had more RPCs, they would be more fun. We will see. I do plan to limit villages to 3 at most after the time skip. If I have to close Kiri to meet that limit then so be it. (Was thinking 2 actually... lol)

@Village limiting: I think instead of closing the main villages we should merge some of the smaller villages (except a few) into the other villages...just until we get more active then we could try opening them up and see where they go...

@village limiting: are you gunna do this like you did to kumo.....sudden horrific event kills village and the people are refugee's for like 10 years til the next time skip? Cause if your gunna do that to villages then thats not a very good thing to do!
